Amber the general manager there is fantastic! We had a food order scheduling error and she fixed it and was so kind through the whole process. She was quick, thoughtful and balancing so many things at once and yet took time to do everything right. I really appreciate her and the kitchen staff at this location!

I have been to many Bdubs from Texas traveling to the east side of this country. Normally the food is good 4 sometimes 5 stars. This trip was disappointing. It was Halloween and there were only 4 other customers when I arrived. I was the only one at the bar. The cheesesteak was dry, had more bread than filling. The onion rings were good, just not a lot. The bartender got my drink order quickly but it took about 15 minutes to take my food order. This Bdubs has some work to do.

Slow slow slow service . Servers are rude no leadership poor time management. Parking lot is extremely dark . Do yourself a favor and go to the Avon location .

Horrible experience. Beers were bad watered down and tap wasn't changed when I brought it up to the waitress she stated that id have to pay for the beer anyway. Mind you i didnt drink it just ordered it and me and my girlfriend tried it. It was bad. So we had the manager come over Dorian the manager said its the law we have to pay for a drink we ordered even though the keg was empty and it was mostly water. lol its not so dont come here it's a joke THIS PLACE IS RUN DOWN AND A JOKE.the wings were also cold. I wasn't going to mention it but after they treated us for their beer being bad. Dorian shouldnt be manager he acted like a kid and lied

Disappointed 100%! Went there because of the promotion all you can eat wings. I actually called this location before going and asked questions about the all you can eat wings. What days and times and I was told it was still available and that it didn't have a time. So we went. Get there and server tells me the promotion ended that day and now it was bottomless appetizers. So we decided to stay. 3 ppl got 3 orders of wings and appetizers. And water. Bill was $100. Wings weren't that good and appetizers were disgusting! We definitely won't go there again!!!!! Price and service is NOT worth $100 of my money!

Can order pick up and pay cash. Paid way more at the restaurant in cash then deals online. Parking lot has zero lighting. The ladies should find another bar or carry pepper spray.

Very horrible experience, bad enough that we got up and left before even getting drinks. My father and I went there today, June 15. We were seated by the hostess. There were about 4 other tables in there, so the place was not busy by any means. I saw a small group of staff in the corner chatting and not paying attention to the floor. We sat there for a full 10 minutes, and not once did any server or staff acknowledge us. One server saw us, walked right past our table to the front door, grabbed another couple and seated them and brought them their drinks. This whole time not even acknowledging that we were there. No one brought us waters or even asked us if we have been helped yet. Even if this one server in particular was not supposed to be our server, she could have asked us if we’ve been helped yet, but instead chose to ignore us. I am very upset by this lackluster service, and frankly, I do not plan on visiting this location again.

My wife and I was there for dinner right around 4:40 pm on 6/13/25. We were seated no waitress the bar tender whom I'd say is very lazy is tasked with the bar and tables. We waited quite awhile for our drink order. And I got tired of waiting for him to take our food order or anyone for that matter. We observed another table whom came in after us have there food order taken. I got up annoyed and announced that we were leaving and why we were leaving. The location lacks leadership, service. I can't speak for the food because this was my first and last visit. Don't waste your hard earned money at this location.

I like chain restaurants because they are safe and you almost know what you are going to get. Buffalo Wild Wings is no exception. It's consistent and good but doesn't blow me away.
