I went to the Burger King at 7:30 pm on Broad Street in Elyria. It was the worst burger I have ever had, the burger was dry and burnt on the outside, the onions and pickles were old. Terrible taste, I had to run to the bathroom and throw up. Never again will I go to the Burger King in downtown Elyria.

This burger king keeps selling food that is already made, nasty old hash browns reheated. No one wants to pay for that You should be making fresh daily for each order, you guys aren't that busy. I'm gonna quit going here it's gross

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 30min. It’s taking at least four minutes per car. Are you cooking every single thing fresh? Sounds like we know we can’t hit the drive thru timer so we are making sure to hit food cost…. At the guest expense. Won’t see me back after waiting this long for a 12pc chicken fry for the backseat to split.

The guy that looks like max payne game series is very nice he’s the emo girly vibes u would see back in the 2000 era yall should really give that manger a raise frfr he deserves it after all the Payne he does at work for yall. Especially for the general manger yall need to mentally and physically support him??
Delicious food as always, but you'll want to ask for salt if you like salt on your fries! I will say that all the food was fresh, hot and soooo good! There wasn't a wait, and I didn't have to pull ahead to wait for the food, like so many other restaurants!
Staff gives out wrong orders in front of customers bc of laziness. Insists on there being no health risks to wrong orders.
