I waited two hours for an order to be delivered.Just to receive cold nasty food and they refuse to give me a refund or remake.The order real good service lol and when you try to call to see where your order is, there's no answer it just rings.So they refuse to pick up the phone too

Warning if you are in a hurry, stay away…I think turtles could make meals faster than the workers here. It’s supposed to be fast food. Not wait in the drive thru line for 20 plus minutes. Especially when you are in a hurry.

Me and my sister went through the drive thru to get the new how to train your dragon meal and the workers gave us fries instead of the mozzarella sticks that we had asked for. We had corrected the guy multiple times and he kept saying he didn’t know what we meant. We also asked for medium drinks and they had given us smalls. We went inside to tell them that we wanted what was advertised and we didn’t get that. The workers were acting like it was funny and were not helpful at all. I genuinely think one of the workers we had talked to was high because he couldn’t even talk clearly and looked like he wasn’t even there. I think it’s very unprofessional to be working in that state.

Service sucked.. Employees were too busy running around and laughing and giggling like toddlers. The guy who took my order had an attitude the whole time AND got my order wrong and I had to correct him. Our burgers didn't even have cheese on them. Prices are too high to be getting crap service and even crappier food. Do better. The manager of this location should be fired as should every employee. I will be reporting this location to corporate because this isn't the first time they messed up. Sucks to suck

I always go there after a fasting blood test at the Cleveland Clinic health center across the street. It may be a little busy, but what do you expect from a shopping center that has a dmv testing center, a medical center, and a Walmart
Great service the food wasn't even lukewarm. I Got a fish sandwich, and it was cool and disgusting. BK has gone way down hill. No wonder we had 2 BK's in town go out of business.
