I mean seriously? Unprofessional and disgusting. The lady taking our money talking to us with her mouth completely full of food. Absolutely repulsive. That's not even the worst part. She constantly kept telling us to hold on a moment because she just KEPT EATING DURING ORDER TAKING. Then we had to repeat our order like 4-5 times because she just kept telling us to hold on and we can clearly hear that her mouth is full. So rude. There's nothing wrong with eating I totally understand but while taking the order AND when you're talking? What the heck man. Do better.

The worst fastfood meal I've ever had. This place has gone downhill quickly. The fries are strangely white and tasted very bland. Don't know what's going on there.

Horrible customer service we asked a question and got an attitude apparently from a 15 year old who then should of not had an attitude and should of been nicer learn some manners and maybe I wouldn't have said nicely there's no reason to have an attitude let be for real if you don't know what your talking about then ask your manager don't be rude ?

This location and others have had consistent food quality, service, and other issues over and over. Save your money and don't eat here. Someone spends $18, the food should be what they get, combo was supposed to be a chicken sandwich and a whopper. Not 2 smashed messy hamburgers with burnt bacon, missing ranch and obviously old mozzarella, chicken fingers beyond hold times. This lazy subpar work ethic has gotta change or keep losing buisness, this location went from high 4s to what is today, do better management.

I usually don’t like BK but wanted to try their fiery bacon whopper…I should have just not. The bacon is giving beef jerky. Also please wear hair nets, I have a nice red hair in my burger ?! The spicy sprite was good though
