If I could give them 5 negative stars I would! The customer service & unprofessionalism from Kitty the owner was beyond horrible. I placed an order the day before to have balloons & cupcakes delivered to my grandson for his 1st birthday. I was asked what time I would like them delivered I requested early in the morning. I was told I would get a call back with the total, which I didn't! The next day@ 10:00 am I called to confirm my total & the delivery. I was told that order was being prepared & will be going out shortly. I called back at 12:30pm & was told that they were waiting on a helium tank & the order would be going out in 30mins at 3:30pm I called back again & was told they were still waiting for the helium tank. I asked why wasn't I notified & the nasty reply was "they don't guarantee when the delivery will go out" it's 3:30pm & you close at 4pm when was the delivery going to get there on his 2nd birthday?? Not one time did I receive an apology. NO WORRIES!! You may not go under, but you'll NEVER GET ANOTHER $$ OUT OF Me, and this is coming from a loyal customer since 1992 that no longer lives in Elyria but still chooses to support her business...NEVER AGAIN!

Please stay far away from this place. They will ruin any event you have planned. From cake to decor, she will get nothing right and over charge you. She is unorganized and lacks all sense of business decorum and talent. If you do not want your wedding ruined especially ARAB BRIDES AND PARTIES/WEDDINGS, stay far away!!! Anyone who brings this place up to me I always advice them to RUN.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My best friend and I both have our weddings a week apart. His wedding is 3 times the size of mine but the quote he got from this place was half of the quote they gave me, with much less stuff. This place is a rip off. Do not recommend doing business with them.

This lady tried to ruin my 60th birthday. I brought her a picture of the cake I wanted in December for June and asked if she could do it. She stated that she could. I went back in February and paid for my cake in full. Come pick up day and she told me what time to come in. I waited an hour after I arrived there.. tears began to roll down my face as her young worker told me that the owner said that's the best she could do. I wish I could submit a picture with this review. She truly does not deserve one star.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM KITTY AND THIS PLACE!!!!! She will ruin all your events!!!!! She is so unorganized AND GETS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CORRECT! Furthermore she called me numerous times to confirm decor for another bride completely messing up and mixing our designs!! She didn’t get my cake flavors correct nor my cake design. She ruined my bouquet and my candles. She couldn’t even follow the picture correctly. She didnt add diamonds to my candles like i requested. I wanted a smooth cake she ruined that too and you could see some parts of the chocolate cake because she missed areas for the cream. She made me 2 wrong flavors on the cake. She didnt add gold runners on the tables and the centerpieces were all dirty. There were no flowers around the arc in the entrance or a runner when we walk in. The halo stage had no flowers raining down. The corsages we ordered was suppose to be red roses, she gave us white roses. And they all broke and fell apart for poor assembly. My husband was suppose to have a white flower for his tux, it was missing. She sent me 2 bouquets to choose from because she messed up so much. She was suppose to finish these days prior so we can review them and she didn’t, we received everything the night before the wedding or the day of. Also, when confronted her about this she kept saying our wedding is not until “sunday”, MY WEDDING WAS ON SATURDAY!!!! And when she was confronted about her poor and disgusting job, she kept saying we changed the designs days prior, which was a complete lie. She ruined everything and did a terrible job. Im disgusted by her and her work. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR OWN MONEY AND PIECE OF MIND STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Shes a crook and thief. She ruined every single thing for our wedding. God strayed me away thankfully.. I called this lady to make a fondant cake order for my sons 1/2 bday.. 5 days away..She told me she makes them.. Nd to text her what all we need nd details.. This lady finally texted me 2 1/2 days later saying she couldn't do it.. THANK GOD im not naive nd found someone to take care of us or my sons 6 month celebration would have been ruined.. Waiting on this lady.. Smh.. Thats horrible professionalism...And i found a great cake place .. *Stick To Your Buns* in Westlake if your looking for a great recommendation... Sad to say its beginning to become a struggle depending on my own cities services.. Sad sad day

This woman is disorganized, rude and cannot be trusted with an event so intimate as a wedding. Kitty, I ask if you have a daughter and she were to be getting married…would you want what you did done to your daughter? Who do you think you are to tell a bride you’ll cancel her entire wedding 1 day before the wedding? Do you know how disgusting you are? A bride was complaining about how YOU ruined every plan set in stone and instead of YOU apologizing you threaten to cancel everything? Shame on you. Close down your business and try working at the DMV with that nasty attitude. They need rude women like you there. You should never be allowed to plan anyone’s events. My sisters wedding was only nice because we made it nice. You failed. Try a different profession ASAP bozo
