Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Very sloppy. I spent Almost $70 on dry food that couldn’t even be presented to look appealing.

The order was wrong. I even asked specifically in the store if the order was correct with no onions they said yes get home onions on every sandwich. Foods cold cheese not even melted. I call them and they tell me I have to call back later because they are busy. Fairview charleys is the best there food is always good and correct. Elyria's charleys is terrible.

Greeted with a smile also was given recommendations for food choices cashier and manager were both respectful and nice speed of service was second to none quality of food was top-notch. Definitely will come back.

Their deals are misleading. Got charged full price for wings on special. They forgot my fries. Wrong sauce on the wings. Overall just bad experience. Hopefully that’s not how they usually run the place.

This place sent out reading logs to my sons kindergarden promising a free kids meal. I drove about half an hour to the store with my son and then they refused to give him the kids meal. I ended up spending double what I wouldve on Mcdonalds kids meals that come with a toy and free kids play area entrance (as well as close to zero drive time and cost).

It appears as if Charley’s in Elyria decided not to de-feather my chicken. They also decided to get most of my order wrong. Oh, and although the cashier had to walk to the counter to find out if my order was sitting there, she opted to have me walk over as well to grab it instead of just handing it to me.
On the upside, this isn’t the worst experience I’ve had. Top 10 for sure, but not the worst.
I really need to start checking my takeout before taking it out. I don’t live close enough to turn around and take it back😡

This is my favorite Charley’s. The workers are polite and the food is really good. They always give me extra sauce when I ask for it.

They put so much ice in the drink that I could barely get the straw in. They charge so much and then barely give you anything.
