Chicken Wings in Elyria

“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“Stopped in for wings. The place wasn't very visually appealing. However, the wings were great. We go them to go as I see most people do. They have tables but are more for while you wait. Wait time wasn't bad, ran an errand, came back, and it was ready to go! Friendly staff as well!“

“I heard yesterday that Uncle Al’s was under new management, so I decided I would try it again to see if it was different. One good thing I should note is that this Uncle Al’s offers it’s own delivery service, along with door dash, where as the old Uncle Al’s forced customers to use door dash ONLY if they desired delivery. I got a family sized pizza with banana peppers and pepperoni, a large cheesy bread, and an order of boneless buffalo wings. Everything was good with no complaints. The price was reasonable and the size of the pizzas was quite large. If you like your pizza to be cheesy, you will certainly not be disappointed. The default amount of cheese here is equal to what you might get if you ordered extra cheese at some other pizza parlors. Lastly, they seemed to be a little busy when I picked my order up, but the order was ready in about 20 minutes from when I called. It was nice that I didn’t have to wait very long.“

“I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!

Parking: Sometimes when they are in a rush it gets pretty full

Kid-friendliness: Free little ceasers cookies for the kids and they even have lollipops for like around 50 cents or something I think?“

“Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. Of course I tipped, but feel like I should have tipped more FOR KINDNESS!! Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to correct a mishap. I appreciate you! 🌞🌞🌞“

“I visited this KFC location as an Uber delivery driver, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making sure the food was fresh and ready to go. While I waited, they even offered me a drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. It was one of the best delivery experiences I've ever had. Great customer service all around!“
