This location has serious issues being able to keep enough food in stock to actually be able to serve customers and when they do run out of food they usually do not tend to put up any signage on the outside so they make you come all the way into the store. Walk all the way up to the line. Just to let you know. Hey we're out of pretty much everything. Sorry. This is now the fourth time I've tried going into this location in the past 3 to 4 months only for them to be out of at least two to three main things that you would expect at Chipotle to have such as chicken and white rice. And I'm not talking end of the night. I'm talking primetime lunch and dinner serving hours when they're just completely out of certain food.

This is easily the worst experience I have ever had with any Chipotle, ever. Both bowls were less than halfway full, and tasted mainly of lime juice to the point I could not taste the guacamole. I ordered a side of queso for $1 and they sent like 1 tablespoon, it was barely half the container. The chips were stale, and tje chummichurri tasted like oil and cilantro. The service was fine, everyone was nice, but I just feel cheated, honestly. I paid $36 for 2 bowls, a side of queso, a side of the chimmichurri and a side of chips.

While eating my food, I kept smelling the strong scent of a cigarette, I could not figure out where the smell was coming from since no one in my house or anyone near me smoked cigarettes., Finally, after figuring it out, it was the bottom of my chipotle bowl, had actual cigarette marks on it almost like ashes, I was so sick to my stomach. The smell was so strongI had to throw all my food because I’m Almost 6 months pregnant, Super disappointed and will most definitely not be back.

Guac was brown... grateful they did replace it, but the staff was reluctant to change it. Asked for a salad and they just put lettuce in a bowl, There was no salad mix that other chipotle's have. And to top it all off there are no forks, only spoons. Not a very good Chipotle.

I have tried this chipotle location three times in the past two weeks. Every time I go in there, I’ve had a bad experience. I’m now understanding why this location is never busy. If you are going to eat chipotle. Do yourself the favor and go to North Ridgeville. We went in last week and my wife wanted a quesadilla. They legit told us no, you can only have it if you order in online. We left Elyria and went to North Ridgeville. They legit made us the quesadilla in under 2 minutes time. Everyone at Elyria is rude and look like they hate their jobs. They are always running out of the products and the store always just looks dirty. I only try it because it’s convenient after the gym. I will just continue to drive out of my way to go to North Ridgeville.

This place messed up an order and I had to drive back up to get it fixed because it was Togo and my husband brought it home. The meal item was for my daughter who only wanted chicken and rice. They added cheese, sour cream and guacamole to it while the label stayed chicken and cheese. I went up with all our food to get it remade because it took well over 30 minutes for the order to be remade. The manager on shift let me know I had to get in line to have the order remade when the line was to the door. Great way to make your customers happy. Since I already paid I had to wait. I won’t be back!

The staff is incapable of making simple decisions like refunding a $1.85 item (or offering a free side of guac like the reward offer) because of the rewards function of their app not working. The manager was not available during the lunch hour and the staff were incredibly rude. I don’t normally post reviews but this was just awful customer service.
