It's annoying when you pay $20 for a bowl of food and don't even get what you paid for. I could be crazy but that ain't no double chicken!! This is the reason why I hate ordering online. I prefer to be in person, so I know what I'm paying for. I hate wasting money and twenty bucks for some rice, corn, and scarce chicken is absurd. I did get chips n guac too, and the chips were scarce also.

Why are you guys open until 11 when almost every night around 9pm you put signs up saying you are out of everything on the menu, unless you order Togo they magically have the items. Weird
I swear that these employees must be the mentally slowest people on this planet, not only was I missing half my order, what I did get was completely wrong, the ONLY thing they got right was the pinto beans. It takes a special kind of lazy to mess up a simple order this

Very unwelcoming staff. Got there around 9:30, an hour and a half before close. All the chairs were up, half the menu was sold out (including all the proteins) and they did not want to make more. Go to the Sheffield location instead.

I visited this location last night around 6:20. They said it would be 20 minutes for chicken, steak and fajitas. Ieft and came back 40 minutes later. They had just brought out the chicken and steak. Okay, sure not a big deal. I order my bowl, and they put the rice and steak on. After they put those two things on, the lady yells out “just so everyone knows, we are out of chips!” I was LIVID. It’s only 6:45 and you’re out of chips. You are open for another 4 plus hours. But they make sure to have 2 plus rows of chips for people who order the takeout. I get home to eat my bowl, already disappointed, and the steak was cut TERRIBLY. It was thick long pieces, instead of the cubes they are usually like. If I have to pull the pieces of steak apart with my hands as I’m trying to eat it, that’s not okay with me. I will not be back to this location. Just TERRIBLE.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. I asked for extra vegetables and peppers and they put two slivers. I asked for extra she puts two slivers more. They look at you like you're crazy. There's about five pieces of chicken on my bowl. I order three bowls spent $30 and get home and all bows are half full. Food was mediocre at best. I will drive out of my way and go somewhere else.
