Family came in today for lunch. They ordered some burgers and hotdogs and fries. Order was given to them wrong, got curds and fries instead. Waited 30 minutes was told burgers were being remade. They were NOT remade. Grandmother tried to get a refund and was told even tho they messed up, and then lied, we are responsible for the curds we ate that was given to us. No refund. Out of courtesy, those should have been given for free for being their mistake and making a family wait 40minutes for food they never recieved. The lady was extremely rude, kept talking over everyone with an attitude like the food we paid for inconvenienced her. After wasting 22 dollars ended up at McDonald's bc everyone still hadn't eaten. Was it that hard to remake an order and say I'm sorry for the mix up? Instead they blamed us for their mistake and refused to fix it? Lame and a waste of time and money. At best this location runs like crap and your manager needs retrained on basic customer service. Was planning on getting gift cards for the holidays but we will not be back. Can't believe this is how you treat families and older members of the community. Fail

Long wait. Placed a mobile order 3 meals 2 blizards. First, we only received our blizzards , and they said they didn't have the food ticket. We get a bag of food. I see the big items, and we pull out of the drive thru after being told to have a nice day. half our order isn't here. We never actually received any drinks with our combos. We didn't get a side with a combo or any add-ons to any of the blizzards. 1 of the 2 is a mystery blizzard, definitely not what either of us ordered. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I'd rather wait in line a long time and know it's what I ordered than wait in a long line to get home with our oder and not have 1/3 of it. Wish there was better overlap in scheduling so the workers aren't as swamped and overwhelmed.
Vegetarian options: I love the onion rings that's all I order may try chicken one day but love my o.r's
Parking: The handicap parking geys blocked bc of how the drive through is constructed & there's only 2 or 3 handicap

I just left there and ordered extra oreo in my blizzard just to find like maybe one crunched up cookie in it. I paid for extra and pretty much got no cookie in the blizzard and I haven't been there in a while and now I remember why. Waste of my money will not return to that location again.

I used to love coming to this Dairy Queen until tonight. We waited forever in line and then as soon as we get up to the window were waiting for 2 blizzards and a water for 10 minutes. Then she hands us our blizzards and they are melted and spilled. Workers inside were just standing around talking and then the girl who took our payment forgot the water. You need to hire better staff instead of 14-15yr olds.
