Always welcoming and inviting staff when I come in to pickup. Very friendly and personable. I believe it was Trevor who served me today, it's hard to tell since I don't wear name badges. I was very pleased that he knew not to package my cold salad on top of my hot entree for the ride home. These are some of the reasons I chose Domino's over Sheetz. Another being Domino's Far superior food. The transformation from what Domino's used to be back in 2008 is phenomenal. I want to make note of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Front of house was sparkling clean. Table tops were clean and tidy with table top displays prominent and clearly visible. Floor was clean, dry and devoid of trash. With the excusable except of the prep trough the prep area was noticeably clean and uncluttered. The pass or expo area where the food is boxed up and finishing touches are applied was also very clean and tidy. This is especially important to me as the food isn't undergoing any additional high heat processing (cooking) and any pathogens introduced at this point can be problematic. I noticed that Trevor (I think that's his name) had gloves on when prepping food. Additionally he also had his apron on, a crucial safety measure when working around the ovens. Knowing knowing that he takes safety and company policy seriously is reassuring. But the thing that impressed me the most was when I came in to pick up my order, my salad was still in the cooler. I am glad to see they got this right, so often at other places everything is packaged together and then sets either under the heat lamps or off to the side with the cold food getting warm and the hot getting cold. I'm glad to see food safety and food quality are taken so seriously. TL/DR: Food was great, staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. I will certainly patronize again.

We order a handmade pan crust for the second time to try it out a BBQ recipe. Just like the first time the crust was extremely undercooked. We decided this time we would like a refund or replacement just for the pizza not the rest of the order. The manager was extremely rude. She talked over me every time I tried to discuss the problem.She did not care what the problem was at all. She would not replace the pizza or refund us. She informed me it was dinner rush and she did not have time to take care of our order. Way to treat you regulars.

If Google maps takes you to Fuller Road (there’ll be a convenience store and restaurant called midtown BBQ), that’s the wrong location. This dominos is on Chesnut Common off of Chesnut Ridge. Best to manually type in the address.
The staff are nice and cordial. The pizza has tasty toppings but so-so sauce and crust

1st time ordering since the 80s , this pizza was worse than store bought, and toppings are scarce as 2 toppings are 1 pepperoni and 1 mushroom on all slices if you get lucky I guess, dominos pizza was 100 times better in the 80s , crap now

Second time in two weeks that I placed an ordered here and had crap service . The first time ordered said delivered. Look outside nothing . Called the store and they said the driver would be here in 5 mins . They called back in 3 mins and said I’m sorry I’m not sure what happened to your order , we are re making and sending out . Today in order again to give them another chance . Order said delivered at 8:20. Look outside nothing again . Call store and the girl said my driver is just walking in let me ask . He tells be he delivered. He then described my house . Nope not my house . So they say they will re male and bring me . Then 5 mins later and call and say “ we delivered it to you neighbors house , don’t want to go retrieve it or us to remake it “ needless to say I’m done with this store . As. GM for a food company I would fire my workers for this poor customer service . Own the mistake and make it right !!!!

Today’s order. We order every Friday for our family! Every week I get a Chicken Caesar salad in our order. About half the time my salad comes and it looks like this: Brown and slimy on half of the lettuce. None of them have been expired yet but each of them expires the next day. It seems as though instead of making sure the product is still good, the almost expired product is going out looking like this. So disappointing because we do order every week. Other times everything is great. Not consistent at all though. Delivery drivers are very kind and respectful.
Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free option for pizza. Only comes in one size.

Worst place ever!! Called for an order, and added a 2 ltr of pop... It fidnt come, so i called. They said i never ordered it but yet it was on the receipt. Also it was an employees bf that took the call, not even an employee... What a joke. Taking my business somewhere else.
