I had to repeat every item I was ordering three times to the guy at the counter and he still got it wrong. I ordered a sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. Not that hard. No special instructions. They gave me a sandwich and added cream cheese to it, which was for a child who then refused to eat the sandwich bc there was a half inch of cream cheese on top of all the sandwiches usual ingredients. I told him I didn’t need my receipt, figured repeating the items three times in a row was enough to make him get the order right. I’m sure if I go back they’ll do nothing without the receipt. I’ll get all the blame because customer service is a thing of the past and I’ll be called a Karen because I expect the correct items I ordered and paid for.

Okay.. I never write reviews. But this was so horrible that I gotta say something. So this was a 45 minute endeavor. So walk with me. It’s gonna be a lot.

So my order was as follows. “Cookie dough frozen coffee” and a “mint chocolate frozen chocolate” pretty simple right? Yeah you’d think. First off. Got to the window. 10 mins I’m handed the wrong drink. (I also don’t get my cookie dough coffee but that’s beside the point) I politely say “I’m sorry but this isn’t what I ordered. This is supposed to be a frozen chocolate” here’s where I made a mistake. I trusted that it was made correctly the second time around. Nope. I’m handed the same thing again. But I drive off. My gf tells me they gave her a frozen coffee again.

So now I’m upset. Long line I’ve had it corrected verbally 3 times now. So Another 20 mins go by. I get to the window. And I tell the woman at the window I have been in this line for over 30 mins at this point. A “mint chocolate frozen chocolate” has now been said 5+ times. Well here’s where our story gets good. Someone else comes to the window and asks what’s wrong with the drink. I state for the unknown time “I asked for a mint chocolate frozen chocolate” this person looks me dead in the face and says “this is frozen” lmao. I lose it at this point. I can’t help but laugh in her face. “Yeah, but it’s a frozen COFFEE, I have told multiple people it’s supposed to be a frozen CHOCOLATE” so I’m asked to pull up to the second window again. Well another 10 mins go by. I have 3 more employees ask me what I want. Followed by what I can only assume was the manager ask me for the 20th time in an hour what I specifically want. Here’s the kicker. She apparently put my order In wrong. That’s cool and all. HOWEVER I interacted with 6 different staff members, and each one of them was told a “mint chocolate frozen chocolate” so much that I now hate those words in order.

I am usually really bad at remembering my partners orders for places. Today I can say I will remember her Dunkin’ order. After saying it 20 times to 6+ people in the span of an hour. But it will DEFINITELY not be here.

Amazing, I couldn’t get the Sabrina drink for awhile found out it was like a truck issue or smth, either way the team here was so kind and patient with me, I seen how hard they work on orders, they try to do there best for the customers! keep up the amazing work!

That woman at the window is who the three stars are for, her customer service skills were on point, she was slim with blond hair. The lady who made my coffee.... my coffee tasted just like her attitude. Terrible. However I did come in the last hour so could have been my fault lol.

Every time I try to go here, I am reminded why I shouldn't bother. It takes forever and the staff is rude. I just ordered a cappuccino. It took over 10 min to make and when I got it it was cold. Thanks for ruining my breakfast, I wont be back.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to! Very slow ! Can't ever get the drinks right. I'd rather drive out of my way to the Dunkin by the college, speedy service , and everything is always made correctly!!! Also nobody is rude there like this one.

They are always so slow. On weekends it’s so much worse.half the time my order is correct the other it’s completely off. They have to do better at drive through time…. There could be 3 cars in line and we’d all be there 20 minutes
