This location makes me sad, I ordered the same coffee every time but it always tastes different than the last time I got it. Seems like each time I go through there are new employees, and their attitude is worse than the ones that were there before them. I work in customer service, I understand it's not a fun job. If you're going to have a crappy attitude, you should at least be able to make the orders correctly. Today I ordered a half dozen donuts, specifically picked out on the app, when I got my box two of the six donuts were correct and the other four were wrong. To their credit, they did fix it, and two of them showed up incorrectly on the order, but the other two were just outright wrong. It would be nice to have some staff there that cares, or at least gets paid well enough to pretend to care. I love Dunkin and their coffee, but I think I'm going to have to start going back to the Abbe road location because I'm tired of the way this one always seems to turn out.

They have items on the menu that are all out of stock and proceed to not tell us when they substituted my drinks. Then with an attitude completely disregarded our feelings and mansplained. Will not be going there again and do not recommend.

Waited at the second drive thru window for 20 minutes. Go inside employees just standing around, laughing, eating food behind the counter. I tell them I’ve been waiting 20 minutes at the window they say “sometimes we forget about that window, sorry girl”. And my food had been sitting there.

Genuinely a scam. I have no idea why the owner of this store thinks he can get away with this, but many items here are literally $2 more expensive here than at any other Dunkin in the area. Not to mention that the donuts are always stale, they never put in enough cream/sugar if you ask for it (with enough consistency that I think they were directed not to in order to cut costs), and it’s PAINFULLY slow for seemingly no reason. The only saving grace is that the employees seem to genuinely do their best with what they’re given— this is purely an issue with the owner and management. It’s genuinely more worth your time to drive an extra 15 minutes to the next nearest Dunkin.

Dudeee whoever worked Wednesday November 19th 12:pm should be fired, they take forever with orders and ontop of that they made my food all messed up, sausage egg and cheese sandwich but no egg just sausage and cheese?? And they goofed around while the line was extremely long.. picking on each other and just messing around … horrible crew to be working at that time .. will never go there again
Whent yesterday morning around 8 830 amwhy dont they know how to handle a rush took almost a hour to get a coffee and a bagle the service is rude mannager dosnt no how to handle a rush 😑 do better

The worst location every single time. Slow slow slow rude rude RUDE. Employees don't want to be there. They're actually PO'd you ordered something . You get fast better service with a longer line at McDonalds across the street

I'm not one to write reviews and be a Karen but omg. Don't order online if you have modifications to make. They always forget the sauce I pay extra for when I order online. I asked for chipotle sauce on my food, went inside to pick it up, no sauce. The first lady i spoke to was nice, I asked if they could please put the sauce on my food, got it back and went out to the car. Only one had sauce now. Had to go back in, ask for sauce on the other one, the worker that made my food was very rude, but she remade both items without me asking her to which helped. Food is always great but a lot (not all) of the workers can be pretty rude.
