I got the five dollar meal deal with two sausage egg and cheese… and that was god awful. My food tasted like literal chemicals and smelled like bleach. Had both peoplei was with confirm for me I wasn’t crazy and that it smelled like chemicals. Felt like eating plastic…. Service was great though, wish I just stuck with coffee this morning..

3 times in same week the same sandwich order was not cooked an the last one was burned and they refused to give me my money back. The entire crew needs to be fired especially the manager wh is obviously new in that location making it a hostile envyvironment, I went as far as calling the police, who could do nothing. This place needs to be boycotted.

I came here at 8:53 when said they close at 9:00 was two persons inside the store and they ignore me and I came just for a coffee that’s really unprofessional first I came to the speaker and then to the window and the just look at me and ignore me like at least came and said something she just only looks at the other girl and she make fun of me like I’m a clown and I will call the store maneger and regional maneger and corporation they have to stop that because this is second time the happens in this particular store
This is an update on my review from 3 years ago, said they close at 8:00 pm 4 employees inside and maneger siting in a table filling up forms get in almost 6:00 pm and they said they going to close the I have to get out from the other door costumers came trying to get inside they don’t let them get inside even here at google said they close at 8:00 pm always is something here this store need better management or close the store because not always in morning we want coffee is people like me addicted to coffee we need the coffee no matter the time you guys need to change this behavior is not the first time this happens to me and other costumers the I witness about it

ngl every time i o without fail they never got coffee rolls and always have to replace it and jus recently i got more then just a coffee roll and they were out of 3/4 of the donuts i ordered. they make coffee ight but dont order none them custom ones because apparently they only be baking glazed donuts at this location 😭
Love coming here, but I swear it’s like I keep getting less and less coffee in my cup. I’m a mom and need all the caffeine I can lol so to constantly see that I’m not getting my cup full for what I’m paying is upsetting. I’m not saying fill it to where it’s overflowing but you can fill it more then this picture..

Waited 20 min in the lobby. No one said hi no one cared I was at the register. They kept pumping out drive thru and online orders drinks. I have a box truck so I have to come inside. I was just trying to buy the crew donuts for the day. Ended up walking out, i wouldn't recommend going here unless you have all day to waste standing around.
