New owners and just not the same - bummer, honestly. I’ve purchased a dozen and a half donuts, four fritters and two cinnamon rolls in the approximate two weeks they’ve been reopened. Cinnamon rolls were awesome and I recommend. Fritters were good as well but had uncooked dough in the middle so that was very disappointing. Donuts were good but needed more frosting if the new owners intend to keep true to the original recipes - as they claim. I offered feedback on a post and my comment was deleted; they are unwilling to accept any criticism alongside praise. The girl working the counter was unenthused and seemingly bothered by customers asking if they had any more of a certain type of donut. The two young men were fantastic. It is also odd that you’re forced to pay prior to choosing your donuts …. You’re seemingly obligated to purchase whatever they have left since you already paid rather than saying “I’ll just take four rather than six because there’s nothing left I really want”. Price for the same order with new owners was roughly $2-3 more.

I went ahead and bought a half a dozen of glazed donuts from Kiedrowski‘s and they have nothing on expresso donuts I didn’t really care for Kiedrowski’s donuts. expresso has some of the best donuts I have ever tried. They are going to be extremely missed. I’m upset that I just now started buying their donuts.
