My wife & I had lunch here today. We ordered a loaded fries as an appetizer and unfortunately forgot to photograph them when it first came out. So the picture is after we mixed all the toppings together. It did come out very appealing (fries covered in nacho cheese, bacon bits, 2 dollops of sour cream and freshly chopped scallion greens). These were delicious! Had a little zing of spice to the crisp French fry covered generously with cheese sauce and bacon bits. There are not a ton of selections on the menu, but we both tried the brisket sandwich and substituted our fries for an upcharge of macaroni and cheese. The sandwich was very good! Cooked perfectly with just a little of the flavorful fat on the edge. Brisket is covered by a slice of gouda, which is a nice compliment to the bold brisket flavor. My opinion on the mac & cheese is that it is not made in house & possibly a frozen reheat. The mac & cheese is also good, no problems with it at all & I would probably order it again. I guess I just think that as good as the brisket was made (obviously in house) that thos could be even better! Alecia [sp?] Was our server today and did a good job. She was very attentive to us, refilling our drinks multiple times. We will definitely be returning to try the catfish, which was on special today!

I stopped today on the fly. Had a couple beers ordered some to go food. bbq wings and loaded fries. The wings were huge, hot and smothered in sauce. The fries were loaded but still crispy. GOOD STUFF GOOD STUFF

My daughter and I had the pleasure of enjoying the grand opening this evening. We were thrilled by everything! The food was fabulous, the drinks were great, and the staff were so friendly! I will definitely return. I highly recommend this place. Patronizing local establishments is so important these days, and this one is well worth visiting. Best of luck to them!
