DO NOT order from here. They will steal your money and hang up on you because they don’t understand you. Order was completely wrong. They didn’t have the food to make my order and instead of calling me to tell me that the door dasher delivers 30% of my order. Golden tells you to call door dash. Door dash won’t refund the money because they think you’re lying. So I guess im out $20. They should not be in business. Worst service I have ever seen.

Food was not great. Bourbon chicken tasted like straight sugar and so granulated. I couldn’t even eat it it was so sweet. And the egg roll was straight cabbage inside and that’s all. Also the guy at the front was very rude. Will not be getting food from here again.

NASTY... DIRTY... GROSS..I am a door dasher / uber eats / grub hub driver. I was picking up an order here last week. I witnessed the old guy who ownes the place turn his head and open mouth sneezed right into a tote of egg rolls. He purposely turned into and lowered his head to do this. Then pulled 4 out of tote and bag up for an order.

So for the longest time, this was my goto place for budget fake Chinese food but yesterday I ordered pick up usual stuff rude old guy in the front that dosent greet you at all just yells "Numba" anyways me and another gentleman were talking in the lobby and I'm watching them ? I see this lady pack the cooked fried rice with her bare hands and no lie not 30 seconds later the guy was pulling a fresh batch of eggrolls out the frier and bam sneezed on all of them blatantly I promise you it was a ripper dude diddnt react diddnt cover his mouth just kept touching the food I've saw what I needed to see never again if this happened in a minute of watching I can imagine what I can't see behind the scenes we will keep going to Golden crown in Amherst sucks because this was close and easily accessible but I can't bring myself to eat there nomore.

What happened to this place? Use to be the best in Elyria, now they will mess up your food every order. Sad to see ☹️Update: Even after having them remake my food and take it home, I couldn’t eat it. Tried giving it to the dog, he barfed it back up. Not even the fortune cookies were decent. Guess I have to search for a new place ??♂️

Made the mistake of having to order Christmas eve (from outta town). Even with placing our order online at 704PM, didn't walk out with food until nearly 9PM (853PM), and that was after having to have them fix a part of the order.The egg rolls were greasy, the fried rice was just ok and the hot and sour soup was more sour than hot. My sister and BIL say the food is normally pretty good along with the service but last night left so very much to be desired.

Ordered last week at 6:00 pm received food after 8:00 pm and the order was incorrect. Ordered again on 12/31/2023 and once again an extra hour to wait and again the wrong items in order. Called and the owner is calling back…right. I was a loyal customer. I realize it’s the holidays and was not upset about the wait but to receive the wrong food twice is ridiculous.

Didnt care for the food at all. Shrimp lo mein, beef pepper steak, and mongolian. Everyone was bland, chewwy and yellow rice was hard. Wont be going back.
