Ordered 2 mushroom swiss burgers with 2 sides of onion rings. The lady repeated back my order. When I got home, it was fries instead of onion rings. I called up and they put me on the phone with her and she said I said onions. Not onions rings. And that she couldn't hear me. Cool well I didn't get a side of onions either. I come here regularly and lately they have been messing things up alot. Clearly they need a better way to communicate rather than speaking through a broke speaker. I hate fries. Been a loyal customer for 15 + years. Won't come back after how rude that was handled.

We waited til they were open and the ladies were annoyed they had to actually WORK @Work.. I ordered a chicken Philly qith small fry.. fries were soggy as hell the bread was cheap an falling apart it's 2024 an folks still refuse to season meat.. it was a waste of money an time.. even the cheese was salt less...pathetic the Lorain Gyro house would NEVER..Not kid friendly the staff IDK they aren't inviting AT ALL.. I wouldn't ever go back haven't been since high-school figured I'd stop by.. the were better off when the staff were high schoolers not reformed addicts

Asked for no tomatoes and guess what I bit into... What if I was allergic??? Called to tell them and of course they said I could bring it back up there. Mind you I stay in Lorain that's why I called the order in. Then they say bring it tomorrow...make that make sense to me ok so what do I eat in the mean time. Nothing I guess threw it away and remained hungry.

What can I say but absolute perfection for their Greek salad. Oh my I've been going through Gyro House withdrawal for the past 3 weeks since they've been gone on vacation. No one makes a salad like Gyro House on West River Road whether you get chicken or gyro meat it is a phenomenal healthy salad so fresh you wouldn't believe. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Friendly people to deal with happy to give them business twice a week you rock Gyro House
