Wonderful service, EXCELLENT food. Generous portions, great price. #1 choice for Gyros in the 440!
Even though they were about to close and we didn't realize, they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The gyros, the breaded cauliflower and hummus with pita chips were all flavorful and cooked well. Great service, great food!
Meat very chewy, seems to need to be cooked longer. Worse Gyro I had in a very long time??♀️Definitely won’t go
Went when it first opened and the gyros were cold and fries were nasty! Leads me to today we went again to see if it improved and nope!! Got the gyros home the meat was cold and looked gray not just one of them but all three! I’m Over it at this point I’ll keep going to the gyro house on the other side of town from now on!
Clean inside and the workers are nice. I ordered a jumbo gyro. Took it to go and opened it 10 minutes after I left. The meat was old, dry, and mostly like leather. I called to let them know, and it sounded like some kid who said thanks for letting him know. Doubtful i will return.
First time going here. Jumbo Gyro was on time and perfect, other than big slices of tomatoes compared to diced. Jalapeño poppers were not good, maybe the breading or that they were done in an air fryer. Mushrooms were soggy, perhaps again to being done in air fryer. Pickle fries were burnt tasting but soggy still, if that makes sense. Will return, but only for gyros next time.
The inside of the store is spotless. One of the cleanest kitchens I’ve ever seen. I had the chicken gyro and the baklava, both were fantastic. If you’re looking for affordable and delicious Gyros, this is a MUST TRY
Not sure why this was my first time here. Always enjoy getting falafel and just had a craving for it yesterday. Didn't think we really had any places in Elyria with it, but this location popped up. Their prices were excellent so I decided to get pita and chips as well.I enjoyed the falafel, it was pretty good but the true surprise was the pita bread! I was expecting just basic bread but OH NO. It was pretty much like garlic bread pita and it was the best I had ever had. Also got the Cajun hummus to go with it and for the price, it's unbeatable! Definitely can't wait to go back!
Stop, Gyro Time!I've eaten food from here 4 times, I've been happy with my meal every time. The gyros are pretty standard gyro fair and are delicious (really good pita, properly prepared meat, fresh veggies and, tzatziki sauce), they also offer a falafel gyro (which this meat eater wouldn't turn down for lack of substance) for those that are vegetarian or are looking for lighter fair. One should note, a gyro here is $6.99, that's a pretty good price for what you are getting. They make fresh pita chips to go along with multiple flavors of hummus that are seasoned just about perfectly; I'd stop here for their pita chips alone, the hummus I've had there is really good too. It's less than $5.00 for hummus and (fresh and tasty) chips, you can't get that same at a grocery store for that price.Gyro Time also offers a bunch of fried sides that are really good as well; so good, that you wouldn't believe they came from an air fryer. Finally, a place I can eat fried foods from without my gastroenterologist telling me that it will ruin my guts.I did have one issue with one rather large and complicated order I made, I didn't get the gyro I wanted; but, it was completely left out of the order so I'm pretty sure I was partially at fault for not communicating better. At the same time I ordered extra, which is the reason I can tell you the falafel gyro is so good.If you like gyros and you are in the area, give this place a shot, you will come back.
Vegetarian options: They offer falafel gyros and plenty of other meat free options.
Parking: Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Food is consistently top-notch.Service is consistently top-notch.Appearance of restaurant/food is consistently top-notch.I now consistently go here weekly because I can't help myself to great, inexpensive food! Don't ever go away! (see a trend? lol)

Nice place with two tables for eating. Owner was friendly. The regular size gyro was a good size and the Taziki sauce, onions, and tomatoes were fresh. However, the gyro meat was dry and the air fryer onion rings were a little soggy. We'll try it again down the road
Was recommended by a coworker, I was greeted with a smile and the prices are great! The gyros are great! The fries are also well seasoned and crispy, I'm glad they are honest about their menu items. I got the regular gyro but next time I'll give the jumbo gyro a shot. And if you didn't think that's enough... the owners negative review responses will make up for it! Just know if you leave a bad review and not for a good solid reason, the owner will roast you, just a heads up! :) I'll be back in!
Very good experience! Falafel was cooked just right and very tasty. Pita was fresh . Had the traditional hummus, which was very very good as well. Great value for the portions as well. Will definitely order again !
We used to LOVE this place so much, but tonight was a huge disappointment. The fries we obsessed over were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The bread had a very odd smell and taste… I’ve always gone during the day, maybe it’s still good during the day, but whoever is running it at night just lost a long time customer. Many other good places to eat. The place has an odd smell and that’s how the bread tastes, just off.
Food was excellent! I had a jumbo gyro, large fries, and jalapeño poppers. The fries and gyro were some of the best I've ever had! The poppers were excellent also! Dan was an awesome guy and 1970s price is right was playing when I was waiting for my order, which was pretty cool! Way to go folks, excellent establishment and I will be back soon!
