Although the business is closed currently, the service is good as is the food.

I went with a group of 12 people from my exercise group.Upon arrival the hostess said she did not have our reservation even though it had been called in earlier that day. Our group was seated at 3 tables and the service was very poor. Some of the people were served in about 20 minutes, but the first person in our group to arrive was not brought any food until others were finished (and she had only ordered scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. When her food arrived there was no toast. Others were upset that a small carafe was put on one of the tables with less that what was needed for the large group of persons.

Usually it has better faster service tonight it was bare when we arrived but took 15 minutes almost to be seated another 10 to get drinks and app ordered and all of our meals were missing stuff or ordered into computer wrong. Then it picked up with more people so we were being waited on after everyone who came in after us. I think waitress was new so I didn’t complain she looked like she was struggling. The food was great but the wild kids running in between tables and by kitchen was crazy for the workers to get around as well. Every time I’ve been before it’s been fast and courteous staff working and filled up today it was slow and bare and not the best day but again food was great!

It is IHOP which means International House of Pancakes. They sell pancakes and also breakfast food. The last time I was in here was years ago. Pancakes are good. They have different kinds of syrup. Syrup is good. They sell coffee. Coffee is good. Their coffee is mediocre.

Good food, just dont think the servers very helpful. It was like she kept forgetting things I would ask for.. she wasnt a bad person but you can tell she was a little off. Over all I loved the way the manager approached the table, she was very observant nice woman.

Every time I eat here it's a pleasant experience and the food is on POINT! I got the spicy poblano omelet and stuffed French toast. The omelet was so good I wanted to get another but alas I can't pig out like I used lol. Our server was was also great, polite attentive, and accurate with our order. Will be back for sure!

Went there a few afternoons ago and my burger was cooked to perfection! Props to the blonde girl that was cooking! It was the best burger I've had so far from that location. ?
Service was slow, they were trying to seat everyone in the back next to the waitress station. Food was ok but not great. Waffle House is better.

I really appreciate the server we had today. When we arrived, we saw Bryan run out of the store in the snowy cold weather to give a customer back what looked like a jacket. That kindness and courteousness was exactly what we observed as our server as well. We took a very long time to decide on what to order (the menu is so long ha!) but he was very patient with us, and throughout the visit made us feel comfortable and welcome. What great staff! Thanks again, Bryan!

I worked there and the servers are great and very unappreciated by the management. But one thing for sure is in my opinion George should be the GM if Elyria Ihop because he's more level headed than Char. He's stern and all about his job, and Char is always taking things to a personal level when it comes to employees and that's very unprofessional. I'm just saying. But overall IHop is a great place to eat and visit. The servers preform great service and 5he cooks are amazing but very underappreciated. (Sheela)
