They take your order on line, after waiting for an hour I called them and they told me they don't have delivery drivers. So they tell me they will send it through Uber. I waited for another half hour. I canceled my order due to poor delivery service. This is not the first time that this has happened. If you can't delivery food in a timely fashion you should not take delivery orders. I always get great service from other JJ locations bu not this one.

Every time I put in a mobile order here I end up having to wait as if I just ordered the food. I put in my mobile order with The time set for as soon as possible, drove 20 minutes to get here and then got my food after people who ordered after I had already been sitting there waiting. What's even the point of doing the mobile order then. I don't get an infinite amount of time to spend on my lunch break. This type of situation has happened here multiple times and I'm seriously contemplating on if I'll ever even try to come here again on a lunch break

First time trying Jimmy John's, and I must say that I was not disappointed at all. I had a toasted Italian sub with regular chips, which was delicious! 😋 This is a fast food place, and I went through the drive thru. Quick and great service! Loved it!

Food has always been good from this location, though there is sometimes a wait because they get big orders often I feel. Biggest downfall is their delivery radius. I work 8 minutes away and I am outside their window apparently and I do not have the ability to go and pick up. Bummer because they would get a ton of deliveries from us or surrounding businesses.

Food was good but cold by the time I got to eat it because the app was such a pain to load. Good place, workers are a little slow but still good. I will return.
Never again will I eat here after being treated so badly by the employees. I went to the drive-thru to order my food, and the guy said I had to go inside. I asked him why and for his name; he said Jimmy John. then i told him not to make me come inside there and in the store Once inside, we got in a huge argument i asked for his name and then he tryed to throw his shoe at me he yelled that he would call the police if I didn't leave. Very rude people who work here I will never give this place my money again
