I've ordered here a handful of times, and every single time they've forgotten something in the order. Every single time. There is better and cheaper fried chicken in the area, no reason to go here.
I visited this KFC location as an Uber delivery driver, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making sure the food was fresh and ready to go. While I waited, they even offered me a drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. It was one of the best delivery experiences I've ever had. Great customer service all around!

Their service was incredible so polite and so understanding I called for fresh chicken and they gave me it it wasn't too greasy it wasn't burnt and they gave me everything they asked for napkins silverware ECT, I will be dinning in again

Service is hit or miss, some visits are quick as expected, and others take a bit longer than they should. Some visits I've had poor interactions with staff, usually just mark it up as a poor attitude but it's still annoying to deal with.
