Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up and was told to pull around. Pulled up to the window and they tell me to pull to the other side of the store. They were dead.. no one there at all and 5 employees standing around the window. Took way too long for a kfc bowl and 2 kid meals which they were out of apple sauce. Slowest service ever. Rude employees. First time at this location and now I see why they are always dead. Will never be back.

I'd be asleep.The owners don't care or they would reply to the posts.I think they should make a visit 1 day or they just stated for their money.I've seen a snack for the quality or customer service

The Oncoming Storm

Good. Their supply order was late. I dipped tenders into my mash potatoes and gravy (they were out of BBQ sauce and utensils). I ate my potatoes with a knife.

This place is just terrible, orders get mismatched half the time I come here, and every single time I show up here I know I’ll be here for 30 minutes waiting on a 10$ order, I really like how they have an order on the screen for 25 minutes and only one person in the kitchen, this whole place needs a complete rework

Utter chaos both times I have been there, long wait times mistakes on orders. Was there on Saturday 11/22 at 6 PM and they had run out of white meat chicken!!! How can KFC run out of chicken!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was waited on and while I was waiting for my food the same thing happened to another customer.

Totally disorganized and poorly managed

Won't be going back!!!

Placed online order , ready in 10 mins . Waiting the 10 m ,left home got to KFC and the wait was an additional 25 mins . The drive thru orders seemed to get filled just fine . I wasn't the only pickup order that waited that long . My prize for waiting, 2 biscuits and no white meat .

Let me say this training doesn't exist at this place. Young man trying to cash out 1st time on register management no help trainer getting upset with him for asking a question or making a mistake. Kid wasn't ready to be on register, SMH gonna have to look for someplace else for a quick chicken dinner.

Waited for more than an hour at the drive through with only 7 cars ahead of me before they took my order. Not sure if they were short staffed but really crazy. No manager can be seen. Won’t be back.
