The pizza itself was good, but the wait was way too long. I ordered a regular pepperoni and still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. The couple before us even warned us they waited over an hour for their order. The food tastes good, but the place is just extremely slow.

I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!
Parking: Sometimes when they are in a rush it gets pretty full
Kid-friendliness: Free little ceasers cookies for the kids and they even have lollipops for like around 50 cents or something I think?

Manager Was rude throwing money on counter, tried to sell sausage as ground beef, got attitude because I said I live in America, it's your job to lie and say it's something different..I use to order ever Friday for kids, I will not return.

I love the pizza. We order it every Friday. But it's always never Ready when we pick it up. One day they gave my order to another customer. And I order it hours before I pick it up.

I showed up to pick up an order I phoned in only to find it was never made. When I asked if they would do anything in compensation for my order not being done the cashier Marcel asked the Manager. He came around the corner and said "I don't feed the homeless so do you want the pizza or not"! I said in the past I was always given either something free or given a percentage off which made him angrier. I paid for the pizza and said I would just call the owner up on Monday to which he replied "I'm the owner, Jeremy and his wife retired and this is MY store". While waiting he yelled at another customer and his crew saying "This is America, we're on the brink of World War 3, Biden sucks and people wanna yell at us over pizza"! I had ordered my pizza well done however 2 minutes later he called my name and tried to hand me a pizza that WASN'T EVEN COOKED THROUGH AND WAS RAW! I said just givè me a refund. He then called me a "Karen", reached into the register and THREW THE MONEY AT ME! I told "Ralph" I'd be calling Corporate on Monday and he said "Good luck with that, they won't do anything to me". It's safe to assume I'll NEVER return to this dump ever again and I patronized this store for years!!! I urge Elyria to stay away from this dump!!! I only rated them 1 stars because it didn't allow NO STARS!!!
