No one else in drive-thru line. I ordered one meal, as well as 4 add-on pieces and an extra side item. The hush puppies were the only thing that tasted right. Both types of fried fish, chicken, and shrimp tasted weird, like the batter tasted off or the oil was old, and it was rubberish, like overcooked. I was very disappointed and will not be eating there again.

Me..my son and gdaughter ate there this afternoon. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly..the waffle fries were hard. When I told someone that worked there they said everything was cooked to the right temperature. We spent 36.00 and ate 2 pieces of fish and a side of coleslaw. The rest was garbage. No refund or a anything. Will not go there again.

I can’t go low enough for this rating on this website. I got no extra tartar sauce. No Honey Mustard at all and this is making my meal unenjoyable. I plainly stated in special directions to make sure I got my extra sauces as asked for! I just paid for Long John Silvers through door Dash. $104.00 and they can’t even get my order right. I try to call Long John Silvers in Elyria, OH. 44035 and u just get a fax machine. Good way to avoid calls. Trust you me I will be at there store to make this right!!!

Went through the drive thru, ordered the fish meal. Pulled to the window paid $10 . The only sauce I asked for was tartar sauce. Got home and nothing. They weren't even busy. Might not go backm
I ordered online and didn't get cocktails sauces or shrimp , andthe coleslaw was not fresh it was old , thank for your service Not!!!! Omg 😳 the food is so greasy the shrimp is over cooked, and I had to order from somewhere else for my kids cuz they didn't bring the other shrimps i will never do long John nasty again 🤬

Shout out to all the great employees at LJS today :) I came in about 4pm, explained I was from out of town for work and that we do not have an LJS in the Akron area and that my family loves it. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with sides, 4 extra chicken planks, and 3 orders of crumbs. The staff were more than happy to prepare this feast for me to surpise my family with. They were super nice and took their time to make sure every bite was delicious. Thank you again guys for making my families night and doing such a great job! If I find myself in Elyria again I will definitely be back :)

This is about as ghetto as it gets. Visit started with people puking in the parking lot. We ordered food and the food was served in 2.5 seconds... Something was wrong at that point. Not fresh. They forgot part of our order and the staff really sucks.
