Online orders are not always correct, example: if you add things to a specialty pizza/sub you may get a pizza/sub with only the added toppings, charges extra for adding vegetables, claims the bagged veggie is "freshest available" and are worth the extra charge. They're not that fresh or worth the charge, it's convenient but that's about it

Was only 2 people working. Took 20 minutes passed the promise time. The guy was very slow and didn't seem much into hygiene. Kept scratching himself. I watched to make sure his hands didn't touch my food. As he sliced it and boxed it up. Gloves and hair nets sure would be a plus.

I have a try to Marco’s after Angelina’s pizza closed down! Horrible pizza!!! From the crust to the sauce! It reminded me can spaghetti! Never again! Very bad!!!
Tried to order pizza half hour before closing. Lady that answered the phone done the typical “thanks for calling Marcos Pizza, how can I help you?” But then tells me that they’re closed. The website says not closed until 12 midnight. She then said they had changed their hours… if that’s the case… why did they even answer the phone if you’re closed?!? I then proceeded to call the OTHER store on West Ridge and they gladly took the order because their store shows they don’t close till midnight either. What a joke!

This location for Marcos pizza is on of the better ones that I’ve had. My ONLY complaint is that the toppings could have been spread out more even instead of center of pizza only or else I would have given 5 stars. I usually go to the Sheffield village location but on accident, ordered the wrong Marcos in Elyria. Overall perfect amount of cheese and sauce. :)

This marcos location while the pizza is good keeps failing my orders. Yesterday they forgot my 2ltr Soda!EDIT: Marcos told me to contact them to solve this problem but they have never reached back to me!!Its generally good food and store but my order yesterday came in poor condition. did my driver do Donuts in his car lol. For 25 USD for a pizza and a soda you should get a perfect product. Still i ate it.

We drove 30 mins jsut to go to another restaurant and they wouldn’t let us in. So we went to Marcos!! They sat us down and got to us super fast with the food.
