I dont eat much fast food.i maybe stop literally once every few months. I stopped beginning of January for a sausage biscuit and hash brown. Well it was cold. Not refrigerator cold but below room temperature. I then decided i would get my yearly big mac. Mind you it was 230 on a monday afternoon. First i literally waited at the pick up window for 5 minutes. Finally someone came . They then tried to give me the wrong order. They go back and i finally get my order. I checked it quickly it was all there. I pulked out and started driving, fries were cold. I closed the bag and drove 5 minutes home. Came in my house and guess what big mac was cold also. The 4 piece nugget,cold. I spent almost $13 waited when it wasnt busy and got cold food. SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALD'S BECAUSE THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE!

It's the same cheap and crappy food you get at every other mcdonalds, half the robot cashiers are out of reciept tape, and there is never anyone watching the front unless they are bringing out an order. If you actually need a person be ready to shout into the back or go through the drive-through. The Dine-in area is usually unmaintained, with food and spills left behind for who knows how many hours/days.

I'm not even being dramatic when I say this is the worst McDonald's known to exist. Expect them to mess up your order every single time. It's "he burnt my shake" level bad. If you decide to eat here DO NOT GO INSIDE. I swear I saw a roach brush it's feet off before stepping outside once.

I went to this location yesterday, they were super busy but efficient.. I didn’t have to wait long for my food & drake at the pick up window was awesome, there was a gentleman at the order window who was also super nice I just didn’t get his name!

I waited over 30 mins for my pick up order, i have braces on both knees and am disabled so I got a chair and waited, although the app said the order was ready... after finally getting my order I go to walk out and the snotty girl putting the orders together really said to me YOU COULD AT LEAST PUT THE CHAIR BACK! My mind is blown ill drive the 2miles to the next mcds from now on...1/2/25

We went through the drive thru today at 4:00 (12/27/24) and the guy working the window was very rude and at times mocking me when I tried to order. There’s a reason we do not visit that location often and now have a reason not to return. Yo the manager, you should find out who was working this shift and retrain that employee so he doesn’t keep turning customers away.
