I ordered a double fish and a small fries. It was ready when I pulled up to the windows. That's a special order so it would have taken a lot longer Everything was cold , and I only live 3 minutes away.

This McDonald's is more expensive then the one on Broad st. Also everytime I go something is wrong or like today all 3 of the sandwiches I bought were hard as a rock. Couldn't even eat.

My family and I visited McDonald’s on June 18 for a few snack-size McFlurries, and we had a great experience! The customer service was amazing—super friendly and patient. They even took the time to stir the McFlurries properly, which most locations don’t do. The portions were just right, and everything was perfect. We left very satisfied. Great job to the team—keep up the great work!

Came in to use the restroom and grab a snack whilst waiting on a tire change across the street, as soon as I walked into the foyer I was greeted with a foul sour foot/rotten smelling odor. Then upon entering the actual lobby I was greeted with an additional foul smell while noticing dirty floors(Lobby, Kitchen), uncleaned ice spills, and just dirtiness all within the building. I then used the restroom and found urine soaked floor trailed from the men's urinal, similar floors and toilet paper all over the stall(No toilet paper). After witnessing this I became nauseous and definitely opted in to leaving and not making the choice to risk getting sick eating at this establishment. And the attitudes of the employees did not match the environment they were working in. I don't understand how anyone in there could turn a blind eye to these conditions and continue to put on a fake smile as if nothing is wrong. That or they are in denial. Either way, public health officials really need to make a visit and the manager of this location should be ashamed considering she was sitting in the lobby with her laptop in the midst of the chaos.
Fast, workers are awesome and friendly if you're nice and friendly. Foods great, hot fries and hash browns. Wish there was more caramel flavor in the iced coffee without having to ask though

First window didn’t give me a receipt and second window didn’t give me my frappe I ordered, normally I wouldn’t complain but when I called to tell them they forgot my frappe both females that got on the phone was very rude and didn’t even give me a chance to speak they just kept talking over me and kept saying we can’t do anything without a receipt, all customers should be handed a receipt no matter what. I don’t even want the frappe, this review is solely on how rude ghetto and ignorant the 2 employees where that spoke on the phone

Drake and Yavion are total rockstars! So polite, happy and helpful. My food was correct, hot, and tasty, I even got the best toy with my happy meal! I didn't get to meet the other staff at the drive thru, but judging by the meal I recieved, they're doing a great job too!!

Denide service at drive thru because of cigarettes smoke, rude service inside and conditions are filthy never go back because how nasty inside surprised health department has not shut the place
