I went to this location yesterday, they were super busy but efficient.. I didn’t have to wait long for my food & drake at the pick up window was awesome, there was a gentleman at the order window who was also super nice I just didn’t get his name!

Paid for a collectors meal, when I got the collector's bag there was not cup. Cashier was rude and said they didn't have any cups. (Ok, no issue) Problem is my meal cost me $12.65 without the cup that same meal was $10.59. Manager was called over. Kept saying the cup is free. Would not HEAR what I was trying to calmly explain. Slapped $2 on the counter, made a rude comment. Store was dirty as well, floors were wet and oily. Tables weren't wiped off.

No bacon on my hubby's QP with cheese (ordered & paid for it), only 1 slice on mine, had to correct worker who botched drink size (mixed-up s medium for a large) & fries were cold too! Next time I will go to West Ave. location- Geez!
