I called about ordering like over the telephone and they literally were getting ready to close and said it's saying you know and now you you can't I said so can I come in and order she was like oh yes they literally waited for me to come in and order another closing to me that's great customer service and she was so sweet

I haven't had a Romanburger in some years. Sounded pretty good for dinner tonight. I would typically go to the Middle Avenue location but decided to try this newer facility instead. It wasn't a mistake because this was probably the best Romanburger I've ever had. 100% hit the spot. The restaurant is, as expected, a little more modern and cleaner than the downtown Elyria location. The employees were professional. The kind of professionalism I miss seeing at places...
