Always get the unlimited Zuppa & Salad with bread sticks. Yum!!!. Fabulous service here & it was her 1st day & the 2nd table they gave her was our 6 top Ladies Night Out table. She did great!

20250705 Picked up a bowl of Pasta Fagioli, my favorite, for dinner on my way to the hotel. I ordered online which was easy, and I like that I got to specify a later time to pick up since I was 1.5 hours away. After arriving, I checked in via the link texted to me. I arrived a few minutes early, and the soup arrived at my car around the time I specified. The young lady who brought our the soup was very nice. I would eat here again, if I'm in the area. My finicky pup eat some of the soup. I was surprised that she liked it. I wish I got more soup considering it was 1 of the all you can eat items, and it cost $9. I haven't eaten at an Olive Garden in decades, and not sure if they still have all you can eat soup and salad.

What is happening to OG in Elyria? I’ve been ordering from them for years with only one issue. Tonight they just couldn’t seem to get a kid’s shells with Alfredo sauce correct. Ordered online, curbside pickup, brought home, surprise red sauce, grandkid doesn’t eat read sauce, checked order, ordered Alfredo. That was strike #1! Called to advise them order was wrong, husband would come get Alfred sauce that was ordered. Strike #2 - they won’t bring out, husband has to go in! Now frustration building, 4 yr old upset has no dinner, making second trip to get what originally ordered. Strike 3 - manager tries to act like we didn’t order correctly when order ticket clearly states what we ordered, really where were you trained? But wait, there is more, when husband got home second time, OG had given him fettuccine with Alfredo, not shells. ??? Really, you just can’t make this stuff up! I guess tonight kids shells with Alfredo was just too difficult to manage at OG in Elyria!!! Will seriously consider before choosing to order here again, not because of original mistake, they happen, but because manager’s refusal to take responsibility for error and the fact she didn’t double check order to make sure it was correct the second time. Management may not be where she should be without more customer service and quality control training!!!

Picked up carry out dinners. As usual the food was good and the carry out service timely and friendly. We come here often and after a poor experience at another local Italian restaurant I realized how good this Olive Garden is.

Order to go it was Valentine's Day, and it was extremely busy there; nevertheless like, then go food was timely, and its delivery was excellent in its taste

This was the weirdest Olive Garden experience we've ever had. And I do mean weird. Multiple hostesses walking around and talking, but paying no attention to people who need tables. We finally ASKED for a table and clearly got seated in no man's land,as no server ever came. Servers everywhere, no one stopped. We had to track down the manager and ask for a server.
The server, who was the most delightful part of this mess (Caitlyn, absolute sweetheart), apologized for the delay.
There was a man walking circles in the restaurant seemingly high or drunk. Around and around the room.Everyone who works there was just letting him do it. Nevermind the people trying to eat! Then, boom, he starts walking around like normal.
It was so uncomfortable. And so odd. And then continued to walk back and forth!
Then we couldn't use our gift card. It took a manager to override it. Not a big deal, but just an added what the heck moment.
Our 2 pasta dishes were burnt on the top.
All in all not a very good time.
But please make sure Caitlyn gets recognition. She was very kind and very patient with all the snafus.

After dining at Olive Garden last night, I doubt we will be back anytime soon. It would have been nice if the waitress would have asked if we needed refills, got our order correct. We were a table of 4 adults and 1 child. We all ordered food at the same time, but 2 of us got food then we had to literally flag the waitress down to ask where the others food was. She then comes back with the other 2 peoples food said she's going to get the child's plate and just doesn't come back around. She's passing out salad and bread sticks to other people. We were almost done before the child's food came out. Our food just sucked. My stuff chicken Marcella was dry and crusty. The chicken had bunch of weird grizzly pieces. The spaghetti and meatballs was just dry. Had to ask where the sauce was. The tour of Italy would have been good if it was served hot or even warm. And rhe other persons chicken Tortellini had 4 pieces of cut up chicken on it. It would have been better food if we drove across the street and ordered shitty ass McDonald's food.

Server must of been new. 2 of us ask for no onions an no tomato in our salad. So she brought condiments on the side WHY? Plus we were charged ea for salad but have to share 2bowls with 6 other people. Don't understand that at all. No mgr available to tt. Will not go back. We were a party if 12 .

Horrible ordered food online waited 45 minutes then get to Olive Garden waiting another 50 minutes..ya never again and the food wasn’t even worth waiting for
