Will not be returning, we used to love OG. My portion was a kids size and š„¦ was mush. Manager stated that was measured portion. It was a very small portion, we showed the waitress before we ate. Manager offered more spaghetti, it was too late. Manager should of discontinued the spaghetti. When we stopped last year the place was full of garbage on flower beds, floors, cigarette butts. Staffing in bar area appeared unfriendly. Our waitress was nice.

So I want to preface this review by saying I LOVE this restaurant. The food is usually really good and the service is pretty solid. However, today something happened that really turned me off. This complaint would go towards some decision maker at the chain. If I get a sangria with light ice and I get it in a tiny baby sized glass instead of the normal glass (so it looks like more) that is yall being CHEAP! So Iām paying for the ice in the original drink? 8 bucks and I drank it in 3 sips. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Definitely recommend this restaurant for FOOD! Skip any alcohol here tho.

Had a great experience for a dinner with four of us. Servers were spot on, yet not intrusive. Anything we asked for, we got in short order from the pleasant waitress.

Great service from a brand new server Xavier! We were the first table he did by himself while in training and I couldnāt really tell other than the fact he had veteran employees watching. Very friendly and hope he keeps doing well there! Food was good, but like a lot of chain restaurants not as fresh as it used to be, but still good! Great location as well!

Always get the unlimited Zuppa & Salad with bread sticks. Yum!!!. Fabulous service here & it was her 1st day & the 2nd table they gave her was our 6 top Ladies Night Out table. She did great!

20250705 Picked up a bowl of Pasta Fagioli, my favorite, for dinner on my way to the hotel. I ordered online which was easy, and I like that I got to specify a later time to pick up since I was 1.5 hours away. After arriving, I checked in via the link texted to me. I arrived a few minutes early, and the soup arrived at my car around the time I specified. The young lady who brought our the soup was very nice. I would eat here again, if I'm in the area. My finicky pup eat some of the soup. I was surprised that she liked it. I wish I got more soup considering it was 1 of the all you can eat items, and it cost $9. I haven't eaten at an Olive Garden in decades, and not sure if they still have all you can eat soup and salad.

What is happening to OG in Elyria? Iāve been ordering from them for years with only one issue. Tonight they just couldnāt seem to get a kidās shells with Alfredo sauce correct. Ordered online, curbside pickup, brought home, surprise red sauce, grandkid doesnāt eat read sauce, checked order, ordered Alfredo. That was strike #1! Called to advise them order was wrong, husband would come get Alfred sauce that was ordered. Strike #2 - they wonāt bring out, husband has to go in! Now frustration building, 4 yr old upset has no dinner, making second trip to get what originally ordered. Strike 3 - manager tries to act like we didnāt order correctly when order ticket clearly states what we ordered, really where were you trained? But wait, there is more, when husband got home second time, OG had given him fettuccine with Alfredo, not shells. ??? Really, you just canāt make this stuff up! I guess tonight kids shells with Alfredo was just too difficult to manage at OG in Elyria!!! Will seriously consider before choosing to order here again, not because of original mistake, they happen, but because managerās refusal to take responsibility for error and the fact she didnāt double check order to make sure it was correct the second time. Management may not be where she should be without more customer service and quality control training!!!

Picked up carry out dinners. As usual the food was good and the carry out service timely and friendly. We come here often and after a poor experience at another local Italian restaurant I realized how good this Olive Garden is.
Order to go it was Valentine's Day, and it was extremely busy there; nevertheless like, then go food was timely, and its delivery was excellent in its taste
