Ran through the drive thru for what I thought would be a quick breakfast. Sat at the window for 10 mins before my order was completed then handed me a half full latte and a lukewarm sandwich. Terrible for $12 I expect full lattes and hot sandwiches. Do better Panera

My wife really enjoys Panera and has never complained about any time she's sent me here to pick up lunch for her. I do wish Paneras would tell you where to go pick up your orders (every one has a order register up front then a pick up spot hidden away somewhere else).
Personally I never order anything from any Panera when wife sends me. The food is generally good but i find it to be WAY overpriced.

I don’t usually write negative reviews and like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I have never once had a good experience at this Panera. The service takes so long- 15+ min for the DRIVE THRU and the food is always disgusting. I just pulled up to the drive thru window, waited 5 min and then said “hello?” Only for a girl to rudely reply “give me a minute”… I waited another 5 minutes without her ever coming back on to take my order and finally just left. Save yourself 30 min of your life and go anywhere besides here.

I always ask for extra croutons for my French onion soup and 9 times out of 10 I don't get any. Zero. As a food service employee myself it's literally not hard to put croutons in a bag yet it feels like i have to pull teeth to get them

I feel they should close down until they get adequate management my experience was terrible they said I had to contact the app to get a refund and they couldn't resend my actual food I ordered never dealing with them again

this has to be the worst Panera. The young lady that took our order asked our name for the order, but she did not use our name, hence we had no idea when our food was ready. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, as there was a customer in front of us. Our food was cold. We were given dirty flatware. Unless you really don't care about your food being at least warm, or using clean utensils, I would not go here.
