this has to be the worst Panera. The young lady that took our order asked our name for the order, but she did not use our name, hence we had no idea when our food was ready. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, as there was a customer in front of us. Our food was cold. We were given dirty flatware. Unless you really don't care about your food being at least warm, or using clean utensils, I would not go here.
I thought I'd give this location one more time. I am done with you now. Order is never right. Drive through is the worse. Never wants to look up My Panera card. Very rude in the drive through. Can't hear on the speaker. I'm done! Thanks Brianna for messing up my order again!

Seemingly every drive through employee seems to hate their life, they’re constantly rude. We’re part of the sip club and are at this location at least once a day and it’s honestly annoying having to deal with people like this. I love paying $15 for unlimited sips and what seems like unlimited attitudes.

I do feel bad giving only 2 stars because I love Paneras, but... it seems that every time I go to this one, they screw up my order in some way. Constantly out of baked pastries/cookies. On the last visit, we were heading out of town, and I wanted something for breakfast before we left. We decided to dine in. I odered an Asiago bacon, egg, and cheese. I got a sausage egg and cheese. After many issues with this Paneras, I just decided to eat it, and I won't go back. The time before I ordered on the app...a sandwich without the peppers...I got my sandwich and, of course, it had peppers. When I called and asked, "May I please speak with the manager" the girl was extremely rude yet claimed she was the manager. I asked for her name, and she refused to tell me...enough said. Guess it's hard to get good employees these days. Save yourself some aggravation and go to N. Abbe or Lorain Rd.

This place is trash. Order an iced coffee and they give you a cup with some syrup in it and tell you to pour it yourself around the corner. Coffee is basically water, complete trash. Complete waste of time. Never going back.

Great food and service. All Paneras feel like they need a good scrub, though. They need lobby people cleaning tables or encourage customers to wipe down tables when they are through.
No meat on the new chicken bacon, or on the other two crap sandwiches. Something is wrong with these restaurants in this town.

I absolutely love Panera Bread. Their food is such great quality. I know they are a bit pricey, but sometimes when you eat out and are in a hurry greasy fries and a burger just isn't what you want. I crave fresh foods. Great Sandwiches, soups etc. it's more satisfying and stays with you longer throughout the day. Each location I've gone to is consistently the same with their food. Always great quality. Thanks Panera!

Coffee containers were almost empty ( I was able to get 3/4 of a cold cup out of the containers). I told the girl at the register they were out, but they were never filled. It was around 5:00. You would think it wouldn't be a problem to fill at least one.
