Should have known better to order from this location again after more than 1 issue the last 2 times prior to this. I'm sure papa John's will doing nothing about it since who is on duty at this time instructed the employee to get on the phone and say there is nothing she can about it!! Smh. 2 times ago they had no record of order time before this one they were a half hour late and today it was to be delivered at 11:15am and I got called at 11:05 saying the pizza is waiting to go...read full review
We order every weekend/every other weekend and tonight we got an XL and it was completely smashed and the topping were stuck to the lid. The pizza was so limp and floppy you couldn’t even pick it up. Very very disappointed.
