If I could I’ll make it a negative 5 but unfortunately I had to give it a one long story short delivery driver gave my food to the wrong address and wanted to get mad at me so they said they was gone remake it and send it back out to the correct address but I didn’t want my food played with after I found out he was upset and didn’t wanna bring so I called and asked for my money back sure you can get it here we are six days later my apartment burnt down and no refund on my pizza just damn MISS ima call you back and never did

Last two times I have ordered from there I have had to wait for my order. The first time it has not even been started yet and I had not even lefty house till it was pass the late time to expect my order to be ready. The second time I got there 10 minutes after I ordered and should have been ready but had to wait another 12 minutes for it to be ready, which tells me it hadn't even been started yet.. Again.

Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. Of course I tipped, but feel like I should have tipped more FOR KINDNESS!! Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to correct a mishap. I appreciate you! 🌞🌞🌞

This place is the absolute worst. First, they screwed up my pizza. I called the manager; they seemed annoyed but did make new ones. I called again; it was almost an hour before the new ones arrived. It was still not right, but I was charged for what I ordered. SMH this is whyi don't order papa johns

The delivery driver almost hit my car because I tapped on my brakes after making a wrong turn. He proceeded to drive out of his way to harass me and yell at me after I apologized saying I'm not familiar with the parking lot. Even though I was kind at first he proceeded to cuss me out and sped through the parking lot to his workplace (this store) after calling me every bad name under the sun. I went in and his manager couldn't even get him to stop cussing me out. Wouldn't recommend coming here and getting food made by lesser humans.
