Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. Of course I tipped, but feel like I should have tipped more FOR KINDNESS!! Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to correct a mishap. I appreciate you! 🌞🌞🌞

This place is the absolute worst. First, they screwed up my pizza. I called the manager; they seemed annoyed but did make new ones. I called again; it was almost an hour before the new ones arrived. It was still not right, but I was charged for what I ordered. SMH this is whyi don't order papa johns

The delivery driver almost hit my car because I tapped on my brakes after making a wrong turn. He proceeded to drive out of his way to harass me and yell at me after I apologized saying I'm not familiar with the parking lot. Even though I was kind at first he proceeded to cuss me out and sped through the parking lot to his workplace (this store) after calling me every bad name under the sun. I went in and his manager couldn't even get him to stop cussing me out. Wouldn't recommend coming here and getting food made by lesser humans.

Horrible customer service!It was my first ordering and my last!I called to check the status of my pizza the guy that picked up the phone was super nasty and rude to me. And so was management. She really didn’t seem to care that she has rude employees working for her. Saying that they really don’t care.
