We ordered a large original pan veggie lovers with cupped pepperoni and cinnamon sticks for pick up. The pizza was barely warm, the veggies were not fully cooked the pepperoni half of them hadn't cooked into the cup shape. The dough under the toppings was a gummy undercooked consistency, the bottom of the crust was flimsy and soft. Our dog even refused the crust. Only 2 slices were attempted to be eaten, but it was so undercooked we couldn't finish our slice. Threw it all away. The cinnamon sticks were dry and tough . Not sure we will ever come back, waste of money.

Absolutely ridiculous just tried to order a pizza for carryout not delivery and they charge a mandatory 5 dollar tip.... a tip is not mandatory this is a joke. Ill order somewhere else and this should stop

We had dinner tonight at this Pizza Hut, the Halloween decorations, the delicious food, and the service from Tony made it a great night out. The food (a pan pepperoni lovers pizza, French fries, and breadsticks) was prepared perfectly and to order, the pop from the fountain was mixed well. Everything was correct with how we ordered it, and we could really tell that this location takes pride in what they do. Tony checked in multiple times, brought sauce to the table, and had a great attitude! Will be returning in the future and recommend this spot for dinner any night! One more thing, we love that this location has kept its original Pizza Hut shape, large windows, brick walls and some original fixtures! Made for much better ambiance than the newly renovated locations that lack character. Thank you!

i ordered food for delivery at 9:45 it was expected to arrive around 10:20-10:30 cool well 10:30 past i called the store just for them to tell me they canceled my order without calling me 😒they are so unprofessional. idk what it was canceled for it was only one pizza and wings nothing to major they had over an hour to make ! 😒🙄😤they dont even deserve the ons star.

If I could give them zero Stars I would...I Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in months almost a year...last time ordered from them my food showed up 2 and a half hours late and cold. Initially before it came I had called to find out where my stuff was and was told by I guess the call center that they couldn't refund my money nor could they redeliver and that I would have to go into the store to MAYBE get my money back was told its "up to the manager" I told them I do not have transportation I don't have any way to the store if I had a way to the store I would have gotten pick up instead of delivery the basically more or less told me oh well and hung up right as they hung up the driver showed up with the cold food... I have friends who work in Pizza Hut and I know for a fact that all the stuff the call center said is 100% not true... I have not ordered from them since and I don't ever plan to
