Swore off ever going to rallys after last time. Decided to give it one more shot and they blew it. Sat at the speaker box for 10+ minutes without a peep AGAIN. Never even heard back from the complaint I put in on the website last time so I will never be back.

This Rallys is consecutively effing up orders, today my sprite had no sugar and they refuse to answer the phone. I waited 22 minutes as 4 cars behind me pulled off. Time before (last week) they forgot a whole burger patty on a DBL CH Sandwich. I Love Rallys food, but this staff is VSRY SKETCHY!!!

45 minutes for two sandwiches was the sin and the punishment was wrong order, I asked mercy they tried to bless me with refund, by that time sin had become habit so committed it again. God bless to ya all visiting this rally's.
