The food was good as expected. And the lady at the window was very polite and personable. I did wait an extended time in the drive thru to get my food but this was due to the customer ahead of me having much difficulty with their payment method.

I love paying extra for something and not receiving my entire order.. happens EVERYTIME!
Online orders also shouldn’t wait longer in line than the people who still need to order.. ridiculous it took my entire 30 minute break to get my food.

I tried Checkers when I was in Florida and I loved it. I found out there was a Rallys somewhat near me and I decided to drive to the Elyria Rallys to try it out. The location is difficult to get into if you're not from the area, but the food was better than I expected and the girl at the window, Diamond, was very kind. I'll be back, and to Diamond -- thanks for being so nice!
