I love Rally's and I love that they're open late since I get out of work late. My only hang up is that every time I order a sandwich that comes with fries on it, like the fry lover's double, there are never any fries on it. I don't know if I just caught them late and they didn't want to make fries or what, but it's happened 3 times now. Still good food and a great team.

The kid working at 530pm on 8/19/25 NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!
All I had was a $5 for him but would have given $20!
I stay away from Elyria Ralleys solely because I cannot stand the attitudes. This kid IS IT! Thanks buddy keep up the good work!

The wait was longer than expected, the food on the other hand was far from good. It’s was very dry either old or sat to long while waiting on the “fresh food “ to be made. The fries were the best part of the meal! I’d give it one more try before I give it up forever!
