Romeo’s does NOT give refunds!! They got my order wrong so I called for a refund and they don’t give refunds. The lady on the phone said she was trained to only give a credit so the next time you call you can use the credit. Have you ever heard of a store that only gives you store credit when they goof up your order? This is not how to do business Romeos. Do better. Do better at making the wrong a right when it’s your mistake and don’t force your customer to order again then drive again for your mistake without added compensation. If you don’t like adding compensation, train your workers better to make less mistakes. And then you won’t get negative reviews like this. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and they gave me regular.

Way too expensive for what you get. Meatball sub with huge bun should have more than 4 average sized meatballs on it. Pizza was dry. Staff didn't make me feel very welcome. It was obviously just a job to them. No effort was given to be friendly. Won't be buying from here anymore. Prices keep going up and quality going down. Would have rather had a crummy frozen pizza.

This team was wonderful the night I picked up my order! It was extremely busy when I walked in, but I was greeted right away by friendly staff and everyone looked laser focused on what they were doing and the pizza was on point!

They dont wear gloves and i saw someone first scratch their hair then pulling out a wedge while making a pizza. Also saw someone sweep the floor and handle cash then go back to making a pizza without washing their hands. Unsanitary!!!!!!!

All of the employees (except one older man) just sit on their phones. I was inside waiting on my pizza and 4 of the 5 employees that was working at the time were on their phones while the one older gentleman was doing all the work. I will say he was rude to me but he could have easily told the other employees to get off their phones and to help him instead of taking his frustration out on paying customers. I ordered a full sheet of pizza for a party and asked the older man for some plates he took a minute and brought back 4 plates i explained that i had 9 people that would be eating if i could have a few more and rudely he grabbed 4 more plates. I just took the plates and left. I will never go to this place again.
The great ranch and potato pizza was one of the best I’ve had from a franchised pizza place in years. The crust was perfectly cooked, soft and crunchy with a touch of sweetness, the sauce creamy and rich with the right balance of salt, and the crunch of the almonds very unique! Keep up the great work everyone.

Sweet sauce? Who knew this was a thing? Put a bunch of sugar into pizza sauce... you know how you add a little sugar to canned spaghetti sauce to cut down on the acidity? This place goes one step further to completely mask that wonderful complex taste of tomatoes to make it into some kind of candied tomato. My wife loves the pizza from here but I just CANT! I've tried subs, chicken wings, and most recently fried pickles (trying to find SOMETHING I can order when she wants pizza)... everything I've had has been disappointing. It's an unusual flavor and apparently popular with enough people to keep it open. Give it a try but be VERY open minded because...
