Country fried steak and gravy horribly salty. Steak looked to be over deep fryer, dried out and tough. Roastbeef on my sandwich was cooked on a grill top with edges burned. Beef was dried out. The waitress did refill my sprite, but didn't see her again until she slapped the bill on the table and started walking away. I called her back and asked her if the steak was frozen, which she said yes and started walking away again. Called her back again to tell her the problems with the food. She said OK, and walked away. Rude, rude, rude. Onion rings were good, but not good enough to return for bad food and horrible service. We were there on Tuesday.

Stopped today August 17, 2025 about 1pm have a lean corned beef sandwich and potato salad. Server never came back to check on us but passed our booth at least 5 times. Sorry to say the corned beef was tuff and tastelessand potato salad was warm Not cold. Server never checked and didn't bring our bill slip to pay. I told gentleman at checkout of issues and he didn't care about making any adjustments. Just gave excuses that he didn't know why it wasn't satisfactory.
I ADVISE TO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

I always order the Cleveland's Favorite. There was something really special about the one I had today. Loaded with meat, melt cheese, croissant toasted to perfection. Our server was great! It was such a great lunch.

I have been to over 50-100 coffeeshops across the nation, and this is by far the WORST.

I ordered an espresso drink called “The Clevelander”. I left the place and as I was already too far I took a sip and they FORGOT TO ADD THE COFFEE. I purchased a $6.81 cup of microwaved milk. It was supposed to have citrus and other flavors in it as well. I don’t know how a business fails this bad.

Went for breakfast with a group today, food was not good. Waitress seemed new so I'llgive her some slack.

Cold Rueben. Waited ten minutes at the register to pay. our waitress disappeared. Gave it a second shot . we haven’t went for two years and had a bad experience then. Won’t give it a third

Chicken Salad - Good. Homemade soups.( really good).

Everything else was ordinary. Nothing to rave about. Nice solid 3 out of 5. Nice people, good service.
