Bathrooms were disgusting. Womens smelled of urine, no soap, tp all over the floor, garbage can overflowing. Mens my husband said the same. Took 22 mins for someone to come to table, another 20 mins for food. There was 6 total tables including us. Slow service, drinks were wrong *how hard is water no ice with lime*. Food was good thankfully.

Amazing staff- very friendly and service! Food was excellent! Seasoned just right- the salad bar was fresh and bountiful- priced well!!! The Sheffield restaurant was perfect.. we were seated right away and orders were placed promptly- and served in no time! Went on a friday during dinner- What a hidden gem! Will be back!

got a ribeye steak that was very grisly manager told me they come prepackaged so they have no say so on how grizzly the meat was got a sirloin steak as a replacement ask for medium rare It was like shoe leather when I got it, said something to the manager who was very rude I also had green dye of some sort or mold on my scallops they tried to tell me it was from parsley I will never be returning to this Ruby Tuesday just for the rudeness of the manager

Walked in the restaurant noticed the floors were extremely filthy. When you see a black traffic mark and you’re sticking into the floor, I think that’s a problem. We figured we still give it a chance so we finally got seated However, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks they never came. So We left and I guarantee will not be back. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I’ve been too many other Ruby Tuesdays, and had a good experience.

The burger I had was literally flavorless. I was disappointed. The tots were good. The strawberry lemonade was ok. The waitress didn’t act like she was interested in us, we still tipped her. We probably won’t go back there.
