We come here for the salad bar mainly. Everything else on the menu takes forever to come out and is pretty bland and small portions. I tried the honey bourbon chicken today. You have the option of one piece or two. I chose two and both pieces together couldn’t have been more than 6oz. But we had the older bald black lady as a server. She was ungodly slow. Sat with no drinks for 8 minutes after asking. Asked 3 times for boxes. Seemed to only be able to complete one task for one table at a time. Other servers were passing us every 2-3 minutes and she would be completely out of sight for 10-12 minutes at a time. We were here for over 90 minutes not by choice.

We dine there often. Great meal n service yesterday. Our usual order but ribs were extra meaty and everything was very hot off the grill. Quite busty but service didn’t suffer.
Back again 1/28 same report. Specials on burgers and they were great . Service as well
Back again 3/8/25 Disappointed. Usual triple play meal. Took a bit long to get meal. Fries cool and soft, shrimp warm, chicken strips were poor quality, ribs were not good at all, warm very dry n tough. Think they were day before warmed up. Not servers fault but cook/kitchen. Always get this meal and this was poorest ever had . Sorry

Placed order online at 330 for 5pm pickup. Still had to wait 45 mins when I got there. Place wasn't even busy. Not the first time this happen

Waitress was slow mixed up one of the orders. Other staff came by for drink refills did not take coupons off. Had to re ring order. Chairs were wobbly. Food was good. I will go back again.

Everything was good except the mozzarella sticks weren't that great and their marinara wasn't that great (watery) . Service was great and the salad bar was excellent!

The food was okay - not as fancy as it used to be. Service was wonderful. But the restaurant itself is falling apart - ripped seats, rickety tables and wallpaper literally peeling off the walls. I don't know who says the meals are between $10 - $20 - don't expect to get out of there for less than $35~$40 per person. It's sad to watch this decline over the years.
We enjoyed our visit to Ruby Tuesday. The garden bar was fresh, the entrees were filling. The greatest part of our dine in experience was that we had great service from Naja! She was very nice and also very friendly with our 3 year old daughter. I then spoke to the manager, Chanda, to provide compliments about Naja. She was also very nice and pleasant. We will definitely be back!

The first thing you notice when you come in is the large extensive salad bar. This is by far the best salad bar around. Contains everything you want to eat on or with your salad. Get their App and sign up and you will get a buy one get one free entree with no limit.

We stopped for lunch and our cheerful, confident and very competent server Angela waited on us! She made everyone she came in contact with smile and was very attentive. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. We will be back!
