Stopped ordering over a year ago due to orders being incorrect...decided to give another try and was disappointed again...Small Deluxe Calzone no black olives no sausage...had both on it! Was told will make another, needed uneaten one back and 45 mins delivery...I already waited an hour...no other option offered...glad I ordered a salad which ended up being my dinner. When I told the Manager I won't be ordering again he said "OK" and that was it! Sad they are losing a good customer because they don't know how to read orders and follow directions!

That was my first time ordering from this place I wouldn't recommend it for a dog I ordered a gyro it only had 3 pieces of meat it was burnt I ordered a pop with it never received it and only thing that I could say is sorry I would never ordered from this place again disgusting.

It's hard to believe anyone could give this establishment less than 5 stars. I order almost weekly. I've tried the other non-chain pizzerias in town, and while there are a number of solid choices, I feel Sambino's is the best. Quality ingredients, the best soft, but chewy dough. I'm picky about sauces, too. It always, always, always gets to me consistently hot and fresh. Courteous drivers, always. It says a lot about a business when they can maintain quality and consistency in a challenging market where it's hard to keep good, people and raw ingredient costs are going up. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. It holds up to re-heating. It never turns to cardboard like a lot of chain pizza places do. I've decided I'm never ordering from anywhere else. And no, I do not know the owner or one person who works here. If you have ever had a bad experience with them, its because of you, not them. A customer since 2020!

The food I ordered was not as I ordered it and when I said something they basically took it in the back and just removed. The and gave it back been 2 years since then still won't go there

Pizza and potato boats ordered Saturday afternoon. Both burnt ordered cheese sticks they were cold by a 10 min drive home. People there looked confused or high. Not going back anytime soon. Sad. It was awesome last time. Admittedly it was a while ago.

I've ordered this pizza a few times just in the past month...and it was very good until tonight. It tasted like biting into a dry sponge. I called them and asked for a credit for a pizza for next time, just for what was not correct, not the whole order. They told me I could have a new one remade (as long as no more than 4 slices were missing) or they could do nothing. There was laughing in the background as they discussed my issue...so the call left a bad taste in my mouth bad as did the pizza. They just lost a regular customer. Never going back.

Used to be my go to place now not so much they got creeps in dirty vans and dirty trucks. Not knocking anyone but that’s gross don’t care if my pizzas in a box or not. After my last order I’ll be passing in this. Plus the pies are mediocre at best

The pizza wasn’t bad at all. Biggest qualm and the reason for the point deduction is that when I initially typed in the location to the gps it took me to a non existent location.
No stars if I could...Wings not so good. Order 20 wings 10 gar parmesan very dry not much flavor 10 teriyaki chicken tastes bad sauce was ehh decent. Ate 2 of each could stomach any more. Waste of $27.

Ordered from this place for the first time the other night it was so good my kids wanted it again this time though the pizza was so burnt we didn’t eat the one half… crust was to hard for even the kids to bite…. Also asked for square cut not sure if they do that but it wasn’t
