The owner is always there cooking and cleaning and talking to his patrons. I take my daughter in on Friday's for dinner and he is always talking with her and making sure we are taken care of. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, the restaurant is always clean and it just makes me feel good as a single father to go somewhere that is not that expensive but truly cares about their guests. Keep up the great work!!

Well, the 1pm afternoon team on a Sunday that cooks the burgers should stop talking and pay more attention to what they’re cooking. Look at the bottom of this great Frisco melt. Not a great guest experience. “In sight it was not right.” Management take note.

Subtracted a star for forgetting my milkshake. Very friendly and nice clean place. Food was good. My vanilla shake had pieces of red stuff in it so I didn't finish it.

I can’t believe what an incredibly DIFFERENT place this is now! Everything about it is absolutely amazing since the new owners have taken over. It lets you know that good management is the key to a successful business. Thank you for giving me back the restaurant I loved as a kid!

Food was great and so was the service. After we started eating our food I noticed a worker cooking food and he would go clean tables and throw away trash and not one time did he change his gloves.

They refused to take orders through the drive-thru window and said orders could only be placed inside. This was on a Saturday around 4 p.m., and the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a steak n shake restaurant. This location is very clean and organized. The food was amazing and the staff were so kind. We Literally had better service here than other restaurants like olive garden or Texas Roadhouse. If you’re on the fence about coming here don’t be you will not be disappointed!!!
PS: I went to leave an extra tip and found out that a new owner took over which is the reason for the turn around.
