Unfortunately this location has either hired sub par staff and is being poorly trained in customer service and food preparation/ presentation. Need to take a serious look at managers, team leaders and training.

I really didn't enjoy there Burger s . The wait was 50 minutes. There fries were not good. But the Manager was very nice and helpful hard worker. The Employee s was working very hard also.

Long story short, they’re disappointing. The staff overall seem nice. I only ever have gone through the drive thru so I have no dine in experience.

Long story, they take forever preparing food or shakes. Their food is decent for the price and being a fast food facility. However, don’t dare pull up at 9:50pm for a late night shake craving because they won’t answer. I understand pulling up so close to closing can be annoying at times but it’s something we all deal with in our jobs.

I remember years ago when this place used to be super packed. It’s no longer that way for a reason. I’m not saying don’t go there because it’s not always disappointing but be prepared to be disappointed just in case.

Food was sitting out getting cold while lines of customers are waiting. The workers seemed to of not cared about sanitation and all they were doing was talking as if customers couldn't here them. I had to throw all the food away since it was that disgusting, cold and soggy fries, burgers were covered in nothing but grease and crap... Would not recommend.

It's weird there. They want you to use the kiosk machines to place your order. Than they call your name and leave it on the counter. There's no one in sight to ask for condiments or to go boxes. It's a ghost town in there. And the kiosk machines ask if you wanna tip? Lol. Who am I tipping? I ain't seen no one.

No napkins, no soap in the bathroom soap dispenser, no bottles of water? Food was decent but overall experience fell short. The self service kiosks are a modern approach on a restaurant that was once a great place for a sit down meal at any hour of the day. Now I’m questioning if coming back is even worth the money due to how different it is. Very disappointed.

The food was fresh but too salty. We couldn't eat the fries at all. All topping were on 1 side of my burger and the wait time was very long.

They charge for crackers with chili apparently. The chili is room temp not even hot and doesn’t taste good
