I always get the same sandwich at every subway I go to. This was BY FAR the best one I have ever had. proportions were exactly what I wanted and it just tasted SO good. The woman working there was so nice and friendly. Overall amazing experience.

The food portioning in this Subway is not satiating at all. I typically get a foot long tuna from Subway in Walmart or any other Subway quite frankly and I always end up having left over that I save for later, expect this location. You will not be able to see the protein you ordered as the sandwich prep cooler cover is open and conveniently obscuring your view, so you might be getting two scoops instead of four of whatever protein you ordered. You can actually count the toppings snd veggies on your sub ( 5 sliced black olives, 5 sliced Jalapeños, 5 tomato end pieces, and 5 spinach leaves). Do yourself a favor and go to another Subways if you don't wanna starve.

Cinchy on everything. No thank you. Build to suit just isn't his (Black hair 5'4ish) cup of tea. I'm not going back there. You'd think he was running low on vegetables. It was an embarrassment to Subway. Will go elsewhere.

Ordered a sub and steak nachos from the subway app 4-3-25. The nachos box has openings in it was not sealed. The bag had ants in it. 8 calls between them and door dash no refund because subway took the payment but dash delivered it.

The foot long tuna is what I ordered. On this occasion I have received three scoops of tuna. There was no tuna from end to end . You can't see what they are doing because there is a big metal cover in front of the window with the meats in it. You can't see what they are giving you. This was the first time I had to throw out leftover bread 😞😎

Upon entering I wasn’t greeted. I was immediately addressed with ‘What did I want this evening?! I hadnt even had an opportunity to approach the counter to look and see what sandwich I wanted or what type of bread was offered. So I don’t know. I just didn’t have an opportunity to even fully Approach. I was not greeted with a ‘hello’ or ‘welcome’. The clerk that was working with me was very much in a rush and it wasn’t closing time and was not closing for another few hours. It wasn’t overwhelmed with customers or super busy. Everyone had been helped, there may have been one person ahead of me, waiting to choose their vegetable toppings, and no one behind me. The clerk was very dismissive. I asked her how come the cooler wasn’t opened where I could see the meat I was choosing? Often times in the past when coming to Subway instead of trying to choose a premade menu option, I just look at what’s in front of me and choose as I walked down the line. Basically creating my own sandwich. I asked her could I see what I was choosing and she said no, and then walked away and said she’ll be back when I’m ready! So I attempted to filter through the menu to see which items I wanted to put on my sandwich. It was awkward that I could not see what I was choosing. Eventually, she eased up as we moved along to the vegetables, after I was able to decipher the meat and cheese options that I wanted. She was moving really fast and forgetting steps that I asked her to take when making my sandwich. I had to ask her for salt and pepper several times and she was so HEAVY on the salt and pepper. My entire sandwich was salty and just completely dissatisfying. She was moving so fast as she was trying to get me out of there which was confusing to me because again there was no one behind me and not closing time. There was even people eating in the lobby so I could not understand the rush. She also had a coworker there with her who Was handling customers prior to me and working on their side work duties once they finish with those customers. As I was choosing the toppings and the sauces she was just going so fast she overloaded my sandwich with vegetables indidnt want much of and underwhelmed sandwich with vegetables I wanted the most, and the same goes for the sauces that I chose. My sandwich was soggy and salty. It was done poorly, sloppy and not tasteful at all. And initially she was slightly rude. The Sprite that came out of the fountain machine was flat, but I did not realize it until I got in the car and tasted it. I did not want to go back inside and have to deal with that customer representative and her energy any further to correct it. I was excited to get some subway because I had not had it in a while and I was looking forward to my sandwich and it turned out to be awful and disappointing. I started to correct her behavior, but I decided to just leave a review in hopes that someone in management (god forbid she’s a manager) at the restaurant will have a team meeting and highlight how important it is to take your time while having the upmost Customer service. I’m really beginning to truly dislike eating out. Just so much distasteful interactions, experiences and food.

absolutely no meat in the sandwiches and the veggies are far few in-between. First and last time at this subway. Go an extra mile and go to the subway on East River by puffers. They make amazing sandwiches, they don't skimp.

Usually, I love this location. Tonight I came in and I believe the girl making my sandwiches name was Havana. She was rude, rushed me, and had an attitude the entire time. Not only that, but she piled everything on top of each other so it was like the toppings weren’t even on it. The two other girls that normally work nights, Ram and Abbie, are amazing every time I go in. I don’t know how they deal with havana but props to those girls! Management needs to retrain her.

No clue who taught y'all how to make a sandwich, but sandwiches shouldn't be orientated like a taco. And extra tuna does not mean less than a regular tuna.
