Don’t eat here …they don’t wash any of the vegetables. From dirty box to counter to your sandwich

Unfortunately this is one of the few food I lion's by us. A lot of times we've had bad experiences. Tonight's bad experience was probably the worst. Shamus was the name of the person working. It took 30 minutes by the time I started to order my food until I left. Got 3 sandwiches and 3 roll ups. Terrible terrible subway. They were running low on bread since they only make it once a day. The kid said he had to stop taking order at 8:30 because he has to have time to mop and clean up. I guess he doesnt understand you don't close early as a business to do that. It was a very slow food making day for him on top of that. My roll ups he made last and took them out and told me I had to wait for them to cool off before he can touch them because he will burn his hands. On the silicone mat they cook in. As my other sandwiches are just sitting there getting cold. I asked for cheese sauce for my dipper amd he told me it was already put away for the night. J started my order at 8:06 and walked out the door and few after 8:30pm. He turned a lade away amd told her he had no bread. Even though he did and had a stack of flatbread. He said he had an online order that came in. He wanted to close early. Never got me my cheese sauce even even though nothing should be put away an hour before you close. The lady questioned the bread they had left and he still refused to make her anything. As a business owner j can't believe employees act like this. This is unacceptable and sad. My sandwiches were cold my the time I got home. I would love to be able to actually let a manager or owner know. How terrible this location is.

I placed an online order and the only option for bread was flatbread and herb and cheese(no problem I wanted the herb and cheese). I go to pick up they don't have the herb and cheese. Strike one. I then bring the sandwiches home to realize the extra $4 I paid for my sub to have double meat didn't have double meat nor did it have provolone cheese. Strike two. They had switched it with my partners pepper jack and gave him my provolone. And then he took all the cheese off because he ordered pepper jack and then takes a bite and it tastes like chemicals. Strike three. He then calls the restaurant trying to get a refund because we are just frustrated and already home and the person working takes my information and then we never heard from them. They did offer to remake the sandwiches but again we were already home and it was a mobile order. Very disappointed at the waste of food and money
Ordered on their app and there was some weird glitch where it no longer showed my order. Yet there’s still a charge on my card from this location. When I arrived at store I asked about whether or not they even received my order and nothing was done to help nor did they offer to make what I ordered and was very clearly charged for. Just sent on my with an assumption that since they didn’t get the order I’ll be refunded. Didn’t even attempt to to just have me order and pay again(since they assumed I would get a refund)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order through this subways website on the 20th. The email confirmation said to show up at 2:45pm which I should up at 2:40pm. I got there and all of the lights were still on but the door was locked. No one answered the phones so I left a voicemail requesting a refund and gave my information and have not received a call back. I called up here and was told no one could help me. So I am now out of $22 for food I never received, I am not getting any help, and not to mention I wasted my work lunch driving up here to not even get any food. I won’t be coming to this location again let alone another subway.

I ordered food through the website, and the assigned driver was Kevin. However, a woman picked up the order but never delivered my food. Subway states that there's nothing they can do because the website uses a third party that goes through Doordash. Neither Doordash nor Subway wants to be held responsible. The food was supposed to be ready by 4:38, but it was supposedly delivered at 5:10. I called, but the person never picked up. I even put in the delivery notes GPS coordinates. So, how do I get my money back if both parties are refusing to help?

Ordered a 6 in tuna sandwich and a footlong grilled chicken with bacon with Monterey cheddar. He put so much ranch and mayonnaise on the chicken bacon ranch that this is what the bag / wrapper look like can we say lazy or I hate my job imagine trying to be funny and putting all that mayonnaise and ranch on a sandwich for a child. And the napkins in the photo that I displayed were me wiping the sandwich off that's how much mayonnaise and ranch was just on the footlong it was disgustingly too much.

Went because we got coupons in the mail. Ordered 2 foot longs and went to pay and was told they don’t accept coupons. Would have been nice to know before. Person didn’t care. I paid over $22 for two sandwiches. Never going back!

pushy and rude service.asked what kind of sub and bread I wanted for my first sandwich. apparently made it for herself because it wasn't in the bag nor on my receipt. after I ordered my other sandwiches with a complete different employee, both immediately left their shift with sandwiches in hand while the next shift fixed my order. thanks for coming in to (correctly)do your job so I could enjoy lunch with my children!
