This Subway use to be good until they got new employees. My order is not that difficult. My order was a 12" tuna, provolone, lettuce, black olives, red onions, and tomatoes. My sub had pickles, no olives, and absolutely smothered in spicy orange dressing. It was inedible. A little organizational skills goes a long way.

This is one of the best subways I have eaten at in the entire country. Our sandwhiches were made accurately, efficiently, and not messy. The staff I encountered ( 2 women) were friendly and helpful. I visited around 2pm on 7-13-2024

I have been eating lunch at Chestnut Commons Subway almost every day for about 14 weeks and I must say that Anna who works during the day is the absolute best! She is always smiling and friendly and remembers exactly how I like my subs. Anna deserves a raise!!! Thank you Anna for always making my lunch break the best!

I really have no details about my service because we didn't get any! We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the 2 people behind the counter practically ignored us. One of them was making a sandwhich...for who I'm not sure as there was no one else there. The other person was wiping down the counter and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. So...we left and got Domino's!

Great customer service! The lady at the counter was very pleasant and professional. The turkey sandwich was so good! Clean restaurant too. I recommend the Italian herbs and cheese bread!!!

Shrinkflation has hit Subway. You went from "Eat Fresh" to "Eat Less". All three Subs did not have nearly the amount of food in them as usual. Possibly because it's an online order and we're not there to watch the subs be made? And the Subs were salty. First time i ever bit into a subway and no meat fell out. Not even close to falling out. Subs didn't even pass the weight test i'm use to. Don't think we didn't notice and we won't be back.
11/26/23: Stood for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Employees were stooped down behind the counter chitchatting. Female employee looked at me then stooped down again chatting to a coworker ignoring me. I left without placing an order—Mr. Hero got my business!

The lady behind the counter was incredibly short tempered and borderline aggressive with me while making my sandwich. She didn’t want to give me more than 4 tomatoes on a footlong. She informed me that no subways in Elyria accept “Subway”coupons. When I told her the one on Cleveland Street has for me recently she was sarcastic and rude. I will never go back there again.
