I really have no details about my service because we didn't get any! We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the 2 people behind the counter practically ignored us. One of them was making a sandwhich...for who I'm not sure as there was no one else there. The other person was wiping down the counter and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. So...we left and got Domino's!

Great customer service! The lady at the counter was very pleasant and professional. The turkey sandwich was so good! Clean restaurant too. I recommend the Italian herbs and cheese bread!!!

Shrinkflation has hit Subway. You went from "Eat Fresh" to "Eat Less". All three Subs did not have nearly the amount of food in them as usual. Possibly because it's an online order and we're not there to watch the subs be made? And the Subs were salty. First time i ever bit into a subway and no meat fell out. Not even close to falling out. Subs didn't even pass the weight test i'm use to. Don't think we didn't notice and we won't be back.

11/26/23: Stood for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Employees were stooped down behind the counter chitchatting. Female employee looked at me then stooped down again chatting to a coworker ignoring me. I left without placing an order—Mr. Hero got my business!

The lady behind the counter was incredibly short tempered and borderline aggressive with me while making my sandwich. She didn’t want to give me more than 4 tomatoes on a footlong. She informed me that no subways in Elyria accept “Subway”coupons. When I told her the one on Cleveland Street has for me recently she was sarcastic and rude. I will never go back there again.

me and my brother and cousins came in and it was one of the best restaurant experiences i’ve ever had. the workers where very polite, respectful, and on point. it was very fast and efficient and the food was delicious.

Had my Subway sandwiches delivered. Again, the order was incorrect. This time, extra meat paid for was not included on one sandwich. Every single order placed through Grub Hub or Door Dash has been screwed up. Either 6" delivered when paid for 12", or no chips. Always something different. Try to phone the restaurant to complain - good luck - no answer. Last time I will order from Subway for delivery.
Take it or Leave it. I'm starting to feel sorry for folks who bought into the Subway franchise. I can't imagine anything easier to make than a simple sandwich. Subway gets customers tired of everything else.This location will not honor any coupons either.
