They made my sandwich completely wrong. Didn’t follow directions. When I called to complain about the sandwich the lady tells me bring the sandwich back and they can remake it. Normally, that would be fine but since I am working I explained to the lady that I could not bring it back. I am on my lunch break and used it to pick the food up. She proceeds to tell me they are open til 9 and I could bring the sandwich back after work. So I’m supposed to wait until I get off to eat lunch because they made a mistake? Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Will not be back to this location.

Everything you’d expect form SUBWAY® restaurant. I love the meatball sub and the vegetarian delight as well as a macadamia nut cookies. The team members that work here are super friendly.
