After driving the 20 minutes to get home we noticed we were missing one of the fries, both nacho cheese dips and grilled cheese steak burrito. Also both quesadillas were incorrectly made with some other burrito we didn't order. Probably close to $10 of food missing and another $10 incorrectly made. Thank you👍

The service is HORRIBLE. There is no reason for how slow the workers are in filling orders. Waiting in a drive thru for over 45 minutes is unacceptable at a "fast food" place.
I ordered dinner using the app. When I arrived to pick up my order a "manager" told me that my order couldn't be filled because there was no food at the store. He refused to give me a number to contact anyone above him in management. I asked for a refund and was told no and had the drive thru window slammed in my face! Not one sign was posted anywhere on the doors or windows stating there was no food at the location!!!! I wasn't the only one who was in the drive thru who ordered off the app. After the "manager " slammed the window closed he went and hid

Whoever was working tonight clearly either doesn't know how to make anything or had a bad day and is taking it out on the food! Nothing seemed to be put together properly and everything was cold. Pretty awful experience. Will be driving the extra distance to the avon location from now on.

This is one of the nicer taco bells I have been to the people I have dealt with are nice my food is normally right but the past couple times I went o got a surprise with my 5 layer burrito had fries in it never thought about doing that until I bit in to it a discovered it's really delicious thank you for the delicious mix up this is how im going to find new ways to eat food

I’ve stopped eating Taco Bell because every time you go and get taco bell they always mess up your order no matter the location.plus it’s getting too expensive for a fast food which is not healthy. After reading bad reviews at this location also I was skeptical of ordering from here. But I decided to give it a try and let me tell you I WASN’T disappointed. They didn’t mess up my order and the person who was working there was also nice and helpful .
