Ashley was the sweetest server I have ever had! She was so thoughtful and let my young sons order for themselves and was so patient with them! The food was great and loved the dancing and music from the staff! Great job today!

Most people come to texas roadhouse for their rolls. Tell me why I called and ASKED if I can order some boxes of rolls togo, the girl that answered the phone said yes of course. So I drive almost 30 minutes to texas roadhouse. As i’m walking in these girls up front look at me like I have 3 heads and acted so confused when I asked them for rolls. They point to the togo area of the restaurant, I walk in to the togo area and guy said “ we are not selling bread” and just walked away.
The only thing that I am confused about is the lack of communication here. Also it’s not like i’m asking you to cook me a steak like just put bread in the god damn box.

My experience in this restaurant was fantastic. The server, Lisa A ,went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. My Filet was cooked just as I like it. The shrimp were delightful. I wish they opened for lunch more often.

Staff was good but the food wasn't. Got the bone in ribeye and almost half of it was inedible fat. Lacked flavor , the only thing that was good was the rolls

I would never in my life ever go back here. I went here with my family and the server Frank was unable to get our order correct, forgot to bring our food out, and I literally had to go find another server to get him to come to our table. Then my mother-in-law didnt get her corrected food until AFTER my husband and I were done eating.. and that's after we finally got our correct food.. When I addressed him telling him that the service was bad, truly bad at that point I asked him to see a manager; he then went to the manager saying that I cursed at him (which i would absolutely never do) because he was so embarrassed about the horrible service that he gave us. I do not recommend going here, the manager and the servers are incompetent. I have never been more mortified of a lie and shitty service at a restaurant. I will be reporting to the BBB about this horrific experience.

Omg…. I haven’t had Texas Roadhouse in a minute! It was sooooo delicious, we came back the next day! A big thanks to our waiter’s Ricardo and Amanada! Who provided great customer service, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! We’ll definitely be back for sure!

If you like delicious food, this is the place! I’ll let you in on a little secret…the best time to come here on the weekends is around 2-3 in the afternoon! Best table service time. My wife and I are all about eating dinner early and we’re not old either. We just don’t like to have the food sitting heavy on our stomach’s near bed time. Hear me out… Look I know it’s a steakhouse, but the chicken critters (AKA chicken tenders) are where it’s at! Trust me on this one. You will not be disappointed!

The customer service at this location is absolutely superb! Our family stopped in during a 7-hour road trip home, and everything from start to finish was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the kids loved their critters.

A special shout-out to the manager, Zach—our son accidentally left his tablet on the table, and we didn’t realize it until we were already 4 hours into the drive. Zach was incredibly kind and helpful, and offered to ship it back to us without hesitation. We’re so grateful for his help!

We’ll definitely be stopping back in whenever we’re in Ohio. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding hospitality!

The only issue that I had was that our salads were brought out just before our meals. I don't believe it was our servers fault. I think it was just customer overload. The food itself was excellent. My steak was perfect.
