My chicken dry twice, hair in my son in laws steak, and a roach on my husband’s plate. :( My 54th bday dinner only thing perfect was family and atmosphere also the roadhouse crew clapping and doing the bday thing. Will not be going back to this one unfortunately.

You can never go wrong with Texas Roadhouse. Although I can say that I visited a newer location not too long ago and the food was not very good. That is simply not the case for the Texas Roadhouse I just went too! Food was devoured and good times were shared. Texas Roadhouses are not know for being quiet. It's a very loud restaurant but can still be enjoyable. Due to how busy this place is, our waitress was not able to check on us as much as wanted. Nothing extremely crazy to say about this place. Overall, great place

We dine here fairly frequently, sometimes on location, sometimes to go. Today we did brunch in restaurant and had the best waitress I think I've ever had in all of my dining experiences. Benita. Sorry if I misspelled her name. She was so incredibly hospitable, efficient and genuine. Thanks for the great dining experience today. :)
We have rarely had issues dining here, but even when we have, the managers handle it professionally and promptly. Highly recommend, even if it's very busy, it's worth the wait. Be patient!

Our granddaughter loves Texas Roadhouse and she was ecstatic we went there. Olivia our server made the experience outstanding. It's a busy Friday night yet she was constantly checking on our table. She is knowledgeable, outgoing and attentive! Thanks Olivia!

My experience at this location was pretty good at first. Unfortunately though, there is one specific host in whom is extremely disrespectful. She was short black/dark brunette hair and safe to say she has no professional behavior. Not only was she extremely loud whilst the other host was trying to check me in, after checked in I could over hear her gossiping about guest to a coworker. If that wasn’t enough after me and my party were sat, she was away from the host stand and always talking to what i assumed are her friends at a nearby table. I could here her using vulgar language with her friends, and her disrespect for TXRH is just disappointing.

We were driving thru OH, and stopped at the Elyria location. It was close to closing time, and the restaurant looked messy. We sat at the bar and was greeted by an excellent bartender. The filet upon my salad was perfectly prepared and tender like butter. The salad itself was ginormous and fresher than I expected. I would definitely recommend this TX Roadhouse.

Food took longer than normal to come. I understand it was busy but we've been here before & never had to wait for our food like tonight. My country fried steak was overcooked & dry. Very disappointed. Husband's pork chops were dry also. We've ordered here before & food was fine but not this time. Our grandkids meals, chicken tenders, steak & shrimp & Ceasar salad were fine. Our server, Emily S, kept our drinks filled & checked back with us several times. I told her the food quality wasn't her fault at all. We'll try Texas Roadhouse in North Olmsted next time.
