The brisket meatloaf and redskin potatoes are amazing!! The meatloaf is huge and worth every penny. If you want a unique meatloaf with a twist, (brisket) definitely try it. Only available the first Sunday of each month.

Food was not good. Spend almost 150.00 and leave the food on the table...sad

I have never had bad food here. I don't even like BBQ but anything that comes outta Bo's kitchen is delicious. They have a stage and dancing space so curious what the future holds. Portions promise a full belly and leftovers. I have been a couple times when they were understaffed but say yes to the chips and have a beer, the food is worth the wait.

I'm from Texas, and this place felt like I was back in Fort Worth, including the food and dance floor. I had the burnt ends... could have been a little more burnt for my taste but they tasted good! The corn bread muffin was a nice surprise, and the jalapeños in the Mac and cheese was right up my ally. We'll look for Uncle Bo's again next time we're in o-h-i-o!

This may be the best BBQ I have ever had. I had the brisket and the pieces were a perfect blend of sauce and chewy texture. The jalapeno mac and cheese was immaculate and I loved the noodles that optimized sauce coverage for maximum flavour. The cornbread muffin and accompanying butter is straight up one of the best things I have ever eaten. Also, the portions here are large, and the food is very filling, so prepare for leftovers if you're getting a standard portion with the two sides. Our waitress was quite friendly and service was faster than I expected, so I really have no complaints about the experience. I wish I lived closer so I could go again, but I'll do the next best thing and recommend it to anyone who's considering going. It's well worth your time and you will get an authentic American experience. Money well spent!

This is a hidden gem. I got the ribs and pulled pork with fries and Cole slaw. The meat was tender and juicy and the sides were delicious. My husband got the 20 Oz porterhouse with Mac and cheese and baked beans. The cut of steak was humongous and it took 3 days for my husband to finish it. I also had enough leftover for 1 day. The meat warmed up in the oven extremely well. Finally the corn bread muffin with honey butter was out of this world good. Our server was very helpful and friendly. It definitely worth the wait for your food.

I come here as often as I can, best BBQ this side of the Rio Grande! Good bbq isn’t cheap and cheap bbq isn’t good… they really live up to the low and slow style of smoking here which preserves the natural juiciness of the meats. I have been coming for years before I finally tried the ground brisket/bacon blend burger topped with more brisket and brisket chili… pure heaven. Top 5 burger I’ve ever had the privilege to indulge in. Check the specials and try everything on the menu, not a bad bite to be found.

Average food, waiting over an hour, not trying to be rude but wasn't that happy.

Atmosphere is fantastic! Tables and seats are clean and we were seated right away. Waited 49 minutes for the food to come out. Brisket was super fatty and barely warm. Ribs were okay. Dry rub was underwhelming in flavor and they were the fattiest pork ribs I have ever eaten. Was hoping for great BBQ sauce...tasted like a jar of baby food seasoned with cayenne. Potatoes are HUGE..My favorite thing!! And so over baked it was rubbery. Ordered the pulled chicken and it was also okay. Very dry especially since none of us liked any of the sauces.
