Second time I went there first time they forgot a sandwich now I try them again and they forget my large fry love it when you pay for food and it’s forgotten it’s not hard to get a order right I worked fast food for years definitely won’t be going to that location ever again.

No ice in pop machine for starters. Counter girl doesn't know how to smile or say hello, or have a good day! Chicken classic taste like layered cardboard when u bite into it! Not at all like Wendy's use to be. Such a shame.

I would give them a zero they are all racist an like a certain type to work there. My child is 16 an has gon thru loops for this place to hire him do orientation halfway an when he went to finish the videos they never came up cause the system was down. They told him a different day to come in an he did a tour at a college with the Urban League so we rescheduled another day. My son an I go in an I went with him because I felt something in my chest so I ask for a Manager to let them know my son is there. One girl walks to the front looks at us laughs an turns around then the lady who was cooking comes an says I don't know who told you to come in because We would have never said that. I said she said she was a manager I said so are we scheduling a different day or is anything coming of this she says yes we want him or we would have never hired him ok...So she goes to the back comes back an says we not moving forward because you didn't have your social security card the first day. What? Mind you they have his social security number I sent the picture of his card but we bought the card in this time for them like they asked. This makes no sense to me....I feel it was very unprofessional an profiling of them. We went there over 6 times because you were so unorganized an unprofessional The Managers are an not to mention ALL white people work there. (Racist)

They really do have great burgers. Love the actual toppings. Their fries leave a lot to be desired. So we get the baconator fries. The pineapple ? frosty is amazing! Please keep them!

This company needs to take back their restaurant. I walked in and there were a bunch of teenagers running around yelling. Put my order in and the girl took my fries and nuggets and put them on the counter to wait for the sandwiches. 15 minutes later, I finally got my food. And it was cold.
