I Thought I wanted a salad today... it took 10mins between each person to order in the drive thru... 2 people drove off tired of waiting... I ordered a taco salad, and what I got was one container of lettuce and one container of chili... period... the lettuce did have some tomato pieces, some cheese and corn... no dressing, no toppings, nothing... I think it needs to close... and the customer service, sucks...

The girl at the window was very rude kept interrupting me kept trying to rush me during my order asking me if that's it after everything I said the manager was very rude it was just so I'm professional I got a chicken meal a biggie bag and the kids nugget meal and I never got the drink or the fry for the kids meal and I told him that I never got it and they tried to charge me $4 for it the worst place to come those people should be embarrassed of their selves !!! THIS WAS A FEW MINS AGO !!

I want to say I want to the bathroom one stall was out of order the other toilet was absolutely disgusting because men that do their business can't flush a toilet it almost wanted me to throw up wasn't happy at all

This is genuinly the worst wendys I've ever been to in my life, and I come here almost every day. I work locally around this wendys, and before i say anything I love the wendys on Levitt road, because they actually care about their jobs. This wendys has no regard for how long you are there at all and will make that clear, also almost every time I've went its been overcooked spicy chicken sandwiches and hour old fries. I know this because I worked at a wenyds prior to my new job, and yall have no respect for anybody. Your employees also are so rude its crazy, they make you feel dumb for coming through the dang drive thru. Yall need to put some effort into your customer service training and learn when food goes bad. You can't let things sit for hours and still serve it, I know there is a time limit YOU are supposed to follow on how long things stay fresh out of the fryer. Please genuinely read this and fix something

Today Sunday july 6 2025 at 3:30pm there was a big white girl with glasses at the window being so rude and yelling on the intercom she was yelling even through the window as I drove out the line sometimes they don’t have change or ice like why is this place even open still and I will not only write a review but I’m gonna make sure that girl is fired and gone so you guys can figure out who worked this shift on this day and time because I don’t know her name but she shouldn’t be allowed to work at any fast food place 😡

This place is the most janky/run down places I've ever been too. They were very rude to us when ordering. They could only take card or exact cash, they would not give change. For our order of 8 people, 2 adults and 6 kids, they didn't have drink carries or sauces for nuggets. They were very very understocked for a weekend, much less 4th of July weekend.
Had to wait for doordash order. When pulled around saw all employees outside smoking Marijuana. Nothing against it but do it on your own time not work time. Then had to pull back around because my customers drink was incorrect after having to pull up away from the drive thru window and waiting even longer
