For one the fries are never fresh, ordered an Asiago club and a ghost pepper ranch sandwich. They didn’t put any toppings on either sandwich, and the buns are dried out. When I brought them back in to be remade they just look at you like you’re stupid. No apology no customer service skills whatsoever even from the manager walking around hanging up signs and just staring at you like you’re wrong for wanting your food made right. $38 for two meals in the trash.

Ordered single cheese with everything but had to remove lettuce and tomato. The slice of tomato needed to be thrown away. You knew when you were preparing my sandwich that was disgusting. Who eats that part of the tomato ?♀️. Wanted to go back and say here, let me see you eat this..? Will NEVER GO BACK!!! ?

Before I talk about this store I want to tell you guys about another location on cleveland street.So I called the cleveland street wendys and asked the price for t-rex burger. The lady straight hung up on me so we kept calling cause we thought we just got disconnected so they answered once again and cussed us out calling us a bunch of names. So so now when we called this location they answered and told us it's really late and we are close to closing but told us the price and said if you guys are serious we will do it but need to come first so we know it's legit and we will drop everything fresh. And so we did and when they found out we was doing a vlog they was so happy. The burgers were amazing. And told me if I finish it I need to come back tonight and show them and they'll post my pic on there window. But unfortunately I wasn't able. I was so close. But on the 10 i will have a surprise for them. And there attuide was straight amazing and they were so hyped we was doing it. Great customer service and great food.

Ordered breakfast meal, drove a few minutes home about 9:00 am all the food was cold. Called the store to complain only to find out that the phone rang busy from 9:00 am till 11:30. Hence, I feel that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer she pissed off then took her phone off the hook.
