I placed online order paid. Order said ready 20 min later. I get there , she’s like can I see ur order confirmation. She’s like ohh I just gave ur order to somebody else. WOULD U LIKE A REFUND ? I’m like no I just paid for my food and waited 20 min. A man walks in like hey u gave me the wrong order .. she’s like do u still have it. He’s like ya .., she said can u go get it. He bring it in .. in was my order ., THE Cashier!!!! Asked me if I still wanted the other the man brought back in!!! Which I didn’t want food that a random person left with and CAME back ! I ordered 20 tenders and 2 fries. They told me they will give me extra tenders and asked for free drinks. I get home just to find out they still got my order wrong Never gave me my 2 fries and 5 extra tenders after waiting 40 min later! And a big argument with the dumb cashier who expected me to take my food that she gave to somebody else. While I sat there n waited they got multiple orders wrong. I’ll never go there again

This is my 2nd time ever having wings from here. I only came here because of the superbowl and my church was having a guy's night so we wanted pizza and wings. The lemon pepper wings were the best of them all. The wings definitely ain't worth the price.

Stopped in for wings. The place wasn't very visually appealing. However, the wings were great. We go them to go as I see most people do. They have tables but are more for while you wait. Wait time wasn't bad, ran an errand, came back, and it was ready to go! Friendly staff as well!
Used their app, which was relatively easy to order everything. Scheduled it for about an hour from when I ordered. Got there and they were very busy with many people standing around for their orders. I told them my name and she handed me my bag. Handed me a fountain cup to fill the drink myself. Food was okay for cheap boneless wings. Fries were good. If I want cheap wings any day of the week I’d do this place again. If you’re looking for excellent wings and sauces I’d go elsewhere.

We tried this location out a few years ago and ended up disappointed. I told my husband I wanted to give it another try so we did and I am sooo glad we did! We ordered on DoorDash and it was still amazing. Very fresh and tasted amazing! It was packaged very well, too. Highly recommend. It’s worth the $$$ in my opinion!
This was my first, and likely last visit to Wingstop. My child chose this place for a birthday treat, but the experience was an absolute disaster.
The cashier, as mentioned in other Google reviews (the white girl with the edges) was inattentive, distracted, and unprofessional. Despite repeating our order multiple times, she still got it wrong. We ordered a 15 piece boneless meal for two, a 10 piece meal, and regular corn.
People who ordered after us received their food first. When our order finally arrived, it was incomplete, no drinks or fries. My fiance asked about the missing drinks, and the cashier dismissively claimed none were included, despite the menu clearly stating otherwise.
We paid $34.97 and didn’t even receive what we ordered. The service was not just inept but unsanitary. The cashier spent more time on her phone, touching her hair and adjusting her clothing (specifically her butt) before bagging orders, without washing her hands.
She displayed no friendliness or professionalism. This ruined what should have been a special day for my child.
I’ll never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
